On the day of the move, one of the three movers contacted us and told us they would arrive at a certain time and they were right on time! I'm very bad with names but there were three young whipper snippers who moved our belongings quickly, and just how they handled everything we knew we were in great hands. PS: A lot of their "5-star Google reviews" are suspicious: - Many of them are from accounts that only have 1 review, and those different accounts somehow posted similar content. - More importantly, ASAP Moving and Transport themselves, have accounts with fake names called "Sew Kits" on Google, speaking on their behalf. - I had interactions with ASAP Moving and Transport Inc., in specific Jason Fougere (manager) and Alexander Kostiuk (owner), both had multiple dishonest behaviours. -They always appeared to be the nicest people with their verbal politeness, and previously I was fooled by them too. Yet, after I found out they made mistakes, I also found out their true colours. - Not only ASAP Moving and Transport never admitted their mistakes, they were playing wording and blaming games, pushing responsibilities away, finding excuses, making promises but never fulfill, and even straight up lying. - Some of the stories they said were so fake - they even self-conflict! - I do not understand why ASAP Moving and Transport thought they could get away with lying after making mistakes, because lying will never help a business, it will only destroy a business. - Once their credibility is damaged, it cannot be fixed. - After all the lies, ASAP Moving and Transport still chose to self-proclaim "diligent and honest" and kept on lying, providing false and partial information to avoid responsibility. - Clearly, they have no regret for lying. - In Canada, we have no room for liars. - I highly suggest you to choose another moving company who is at least honest with their consumers. There are many other companies who are competent and actually place integrity ahead of money. - You can try a moving company who is in the Canadian Association of Movers (CAM) - ASAP Moving and Transport is not even in it.

Very disappointed with my experience with Anber Moving. The company refused to take responsibility, despite their employee handling the TV. After the move, we also discovered additional damage, including a broken office desk drawer and damage to a closet storage unit. I was hoping the company would stand behind their service and work with us to resolve the issues, but that did not happen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Anber Moving. I encourage others to be cautious and make sure their belongings are properly protected and documented before using their services.

So recently, we hired these guys to help us move since they seemed witty and pretty genuine. What a mistake! Bottom line: they were not careful with our things and caused hundreds of dollars in damage. We discovered quite a few damaged boxed but the coup de resistance was a smashed 40" television. When we called to point this out they said "too bad" and that it's all part of the risk of hiring movers! When we tried to argue with them they had the audacity to suggest that we smashed our TV before the move and planned to frame the movers for damage all along! As a final word of warning against us, they said that if we try to take them to small claims court it would be their word versus ours and there are more of them than us so good luck! When we dug a little deeper, it became clear that these guys are neither a legitimate business nor are they insured - which means when they damage something, they wash their hands and walk! Plus, we noticed that in the fine print of their contract they claim that they are not responsible for damages - in particular televisions, which suggests that they have a track record of breaking electronics. If you value your things, don't hire these guys. Get some reputable movers.

I called again on Thursday and his voice mailbox was full and was not accepting any more messages. I emailed him again to CANCEL the truck and had to scramble to find another van and some help for my move this morning. Quite a disappointment to say the least. Not very dependable! Good news is that I ended up paying $100 less than what I was quoted by this company for a van and 2 men. So, this worked out for the best.
