Placed and paid online for an order for funeral home delivery. I called the Shaw florist to confirm they received the order. The person on the phone said their Internet was down and could not guarantee delivery today or ability to cancel my order so I could place an order elsewhere. She was RUDE and inpatient with me, and would not allow me to talk. Very poor customer service at this florist! I will not be doing business with them in the future! I hope I get my money back! Don't waste your time!!! read more

I ordered flowers from Shaws florist over a month ago and while they were beautiful and delivered on time, I cannot unsubscribe from receiving emails daily. This is why I gave 1 star. I have unssubscribed 3 times and sent an email asking to be removed from their email list without any action. It is very annoying receiving these unwanted email messages. Please stop sending me emails. read more

I meant to order from Henderson, NV, and accidentally bought from this shop. Larry was so kind and canceled my order and shredded my credit card information, and followed up with a phone call. The shipping expense would have been astronomical. He was so helpful and his arrangements looked beautiful. read more

Having stopped in the store and ordered flowers for delivery back in September, I was totally impressed with the service and the quality of the bouquet that was delivered. This week I needed to send flowers to someone who just received word they were Cancer free...who did I call to have flowers sent...SHAW'S I just saw a picture of what they delivered....Again totally impressed!!! They are my go to florist in Henderson!!! Thanks for doing an awesome job! read more
