I am happy to report that my manicure has lasted at least 1 week, but we'll see how the next couple of weeks go. This Russian pedicure, however... 10/10. It was my first experience and I think I'm in love. The process looks so simple that you would think it's not getting the job done. That is not the case. The softness and cleanliness of my feet left me stunned. Easily the best pedicure I have ever received. This was over a week ago and my feet are still baby bottom soft. This is something that a person has a right to know in advance when dealing with someone's eyes! My eyes burned for several minutes, I couldn't even open them. They expected that I should pay again to have someone else do what wasn't done right the first time while trying to make me feel bad saying the lady who would supposedly do the job correctly would get the money from the girl who didn't do the job correctly and not entirely kind about it, instilling a complete lack of confidence and trust for me to allow them to touch my eyes ever again. The customer should never be made to know that and just be offered a resolve in a respectful manner. Needless to say I canceled the so-called fix appointment. Complete waste of money. I did not get what I paid for and it is concerning when someone isn't experienced. Go somewhere else!

I moved to the Dallas area a month ago and therefore had to find new everything -- new places to do…read moremy hair, lashes, nails, etc -- which has lowkey been a nightmare because I'm so picky. I have always kind of struggled with retention when it came to lash extensions even though I do my due diligence with following care instructions: wash the lashes every day, brush them out, no oil products, etc etc, and would still need to fill my lashes every two weeks or less or else they would look raggedy. I found Tammy on Yelp and have gotten two volume fills with her so far and, oh my god, the retention on her lashes is absolutely insane!! I'm currently two weeks out and my lashes still are SO full. She also really takes her time and makes sure that you leave with full, full lashes! The first time I saw her, I got a foreign fill and my lashes were pretty much depleted after two weeks, and Tammy spent DOUBLE the amount of time filling my lashes and making sure I left with a full set. On top of that, Tammy is an absolute joy to talk to and it's clear that she knows her stuff. I will admit, when I read the part of her description that said "once you try us, this will be the last time you do a search for lash extensions," I was like that's very ambitious, but she 100% stands by that. In the two years or so that I've had lash extensions, she's easily one of the best lash techs that have worked on me if not the best. I am definitely not the type to be tied down to one establishment when it comes to beauty services, but I will definitely be a loyal client to Tammy for as long as I'm in Dallas. The only way she could improve her business is a more streamlined system for booking appointments, but her work is second to none. Seriously, once you go to her, you're done looking.
