They were busy but I was greeted right away by Rose. Rose said I would have a 30 mins wait but then when I umm-ed and ahh-ed about it, they took me in right away and told me to pick a polish. Rose was very quick. I barely soaked my feet before she got started with cutting my nails. She asked me what nail shape I wanted and was very gentle throughout, especially with cuticle trimming which I appreciated. Some places are super rough. I paid cash $35 ($5 tip). I would return for a quick no fuss pedi.

It looked like I had rubbed my feet on sandpaper. The massage and paint were still good but the toughness of my feet looks unattractive. My boyfriend also got a manicure and his cuticles were not completely clean. Service: 5/5. We got lost and were 10 minutes late. They gave us a call and kindly guided us to the salon. They also started to discolor to an awful orange color (they were originally pastel pink). I called to see what could be done, and I was told by Cara that she was surprised they even lasted this long. My facial was great and relaxing. My skin felt hydrated and glowy afterwards. My husband said his massage was just alright, nothing to rave about (we regularly get massages somewhere else). Being able to do side by side pedicures was nice but my pedicure wasn't that great. The nails were filed a bit too short and my cuticles were also a bit snagged. I think it's hard for the esthetician to do pedis properly when you're basically lying horizontal on the chair lol... plus the lighting is dimmed for your relaxation. Overall I would return again for a facial but wouldn't go for anything else.

Suzie knows my hair and knows how to cut it to my preference and suit my face. I think she remembers every client specifically - she knows each hair whorl on my boyfriend's head and cuts accordingly! She listens to what you say and takes care to do it right. Hair cuts, hair dye, hair styling and hair perms, she does it all. She also has a generous guarantee that if you do not like your hair, you can change it back within a week (I guess that works most for hair dying, can't expect her to grow back your hair). Which brings me to my most recent hair adventure with her. I decided on the Ombre hair style. A big change for my dark long hair. Getting all the colours and gradient right took a few tries but each time Suzie was really patient and determined to get it right for me - always fitting me into her busy schedule, even if she has to stay late.
