Manager is ALWAYS late, and puts it on the owner..... another day, a sales person claimed she was " multitasking " because there were only 2 people working the sales floor, yet she stopped with my transaction in the middle of ringing me up, to help a girl who walked in while she was helping me first.. If you are going to claim you're " multitasking " then do it! Finish my transaction as you are helping another customer, What she should have done, was tell the customer "I'll be right with you", THAT would have been appropriate and professional. It's rude to help another customer, and stop what you are doing with the first customer you were helping. And then she told me " Have a better rest of your day." Have a better rest of your day? I come here all the time. Driving here after work from riverside is a hassle but they have a good selection. After driving all the way over here I wasn't allowed to shop because of the size of my purse. Smh. I've never had this problem and I bring the exact same bag EVERY TIME! We frequent this place monthly! I wouldn't have a problem except they have a recovery center in the same lot and there's a group of 7 men outside with cups drinking... I definitely am NOT leaving my purse in the car! They don't even offer to let you keep it up front. Such an awkward interaction to step into. Unfortunately, I am giving this beauty supply 2 stars. I was not given a receipt for my purchase nor was it made clear that the braiding hair was not returnable or exchangeable. From my experience, 5 star businesses will make their policies clear when speaking to their customers, especially when the customer makes it known that they are NEW to the community and their store. I wish I could continue to support his black owned business, but I will not be. My excitement to bring my money here has been diminished. I love it when I find black owned business in the Inland Empire. The customer service was on point. They had a good variety of products and their prices weren't too expensive. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because of their music. Don't get me wrong I love me some hip hop with cuss words, but my granny and other women at my church don't tolerate it. They would of left your business and went to the Asians (no disrespect to them) but we're trying to support our people and who haven't gotten some of the same opportunities as others have. Toia spent so much time withe describing different types of wigs, the application process, etc. She did not try to upsell me into something i was nit comfortable with.
