Despite the time crunch, the team was polite, prompt, and incredibly responsive. The absolute highlight was an unadvertised extra step that shows true artistry: I had asked for a specific type of bird accent for the bouquet. Instead of saying 'no' because they didn't have a plastic pick, they took the time to hand-draw a stenciled version of the bird with varying colors to include in the arrangement. It was a beautiful, personal touch that I never expected. Walking in to pick it up, the space was warm, cozy, and inviting. I picked up a Hoya Compacta Hindu Rope, a ZZ plant, a Philodendron Lemon Neon, a Bromeliad, a Crassula Jade, an annual, and a six inch Euphorbia Firestick cactus. Every plant looked healthy and well cared for. Since it was a quiet Wednesday morning, I got very personalized attention, but honestly the service here is always excellent even when the store is busy. The staff makes every customer feel valued, no matter how many people are in the shop. The prices are higher than big box stores, but the quality and care of the plants make it worth it.
