Just came here to say that I'm at a loss for words at the great customer service Fresh Flowers Florist has. I had ordered fresh flowers online, for my best friend last week Sunday for her birthday. The delivery was great, but upon realizing the kind of flowers sent, I was quite unhappy at the choice, and described what I would have preferred. (The type of flowers and color combinations). However, Hessam the manager was so pleasant in reaching me via email to apologize when I expressed my displeasure, and gave me two options. One, for a more preferred set of flowers delivered to my best friend, or two, a refund for the one I had ordered for. To say I was surprised is an understatement. Frankly, my best friend loved the ones I sent her, which is all that mattered to me because it was all about her, and not me. If I sent her another set of flowers, the aim of gifting her would have been defeated, and so I kindly requested and opted for the refund instead. I'm here to say that I got the money refunded.Thank you Hessam, for being kind, pleasant and understanding. I'm blown away by your intentionality towards ensuring that everything's okay. I just happened to find this florist randomly when I was looking for a florist who could fix 2 table arrangements for a long table for a private dinner party at the Capital Grille. I found a picture I liked from this florist and called him. The owner was so helpful and made up two exquisite arrangements primarily made of white hydrangeas, delicate irises and interesting pieces of greenery and sticks. The owner listened carefully and delivered 2 gorgeous arrangements that were full of flowers. These arrangements were well beyond my expectations.
