We had the pleasure of working with Gary Williams. He was always professional and helpful. He didn't bug or overwhelm us during the process. We came by 4 different times before finding the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Gary was always supportive and easy to work with. During the final paperwork portion we worked with Will Malloy and he also made the process painless. We didn't get pressured into any "add on" packages. He gave us the details and respected our choices. The process from walking in the door to leaving with a car was maybe 2 hours. We were both surprised by and impressed by the whole experience here. If we have to buy a vehicle again in the future Gary & Bell Lexus will be at the top of our list.

He is respectful, knows the cars, and made the whole process feel like I was hoping for and I never thought I'd get that from a dealership but he handled everything perfectly. Joon in finance was great. He explained everything to us in a way that was helpful and took the time to make us comfortable. Will A. helped us get the tech all set up and running. Good guy! Really I have to say Berge (Bell Lexus) is fortunate to have this team. The managers I'm assuming must be treating the team well because everyone seems happy and just wants to take care of customers. Oh and to the dude that likes Protein House. See yuh there again soon. Thank you, Henri! Hope to send people your way!

We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

Now because my salesman was only at Vans 1 year and obviously from reading the same scenarios from years back, I can only make the conclusion my experience was from a long used training practice that vans (and to be honest some other dealerships too in my 30+ years of buying cars. Found a car we wanted, right options, trim, year but at a Chevy dealer 50 miles from home and I test drove it. But not wanting to impulse buy on the first one I'd seen, I stopped in at Vans on the way home to give them a chance as they had the same year, trim and options but in a different color. Vans had 9 of the same cars in different colors and option levels. I parked right by the 9 and wanted to walk around and look at them. I was quickly greeted and as I walked the 20ft to the cars, almost at the hood of 1, the salesman stopped me and said let's chat inside first. This was very odd behaviour, something I've never experienced at any orher car dealership. So we talked, told the salesman what I wanted, year, trim, options and what I was willing to pay. He said he found one and would go get it for me. What could've been a 30 second walk back to the 9 cars turned into a waiting game until the salesman came back inside and said he'd found it and had it parked in out in the lot in a different area. Walked over, took pics of the car and Monroeny sticker, it was the right year, options and trim. So I wanted to go back inside and seal the deal.... nope the salesman refused and coerced me to test drive it "so he'd look good with his manager" (Here's me thinking he'd look awesome to his manager if I purchased the car untested) So I drove it for about 5 minutes and parked it up outside the dealership doors. Go inside to negotiate and start paperwork. I was upfront, said I was looking at exactly the same car, different preferred color but that dealership was 50 miles away and would consider this one if he beat their offer. Quickly the salesman came $2000 down on the price the other dealer had offered. Thinking it was too good to be true. I agreed. The salesman printed out a soft agreement, for me to sign interest for him to take to the manager. This form is very basic, B&W small photo, name of car, year, color, stock/ vin number and lists all costs. The total of all the costs where I signed, was the right price; so I signed and the salesman went off to get approval. This took a while.... and later I found out why. At this point I get a phone call and walk outside where I parked the car I test drove. As if by magic, now there are 2 of the same cars parked next to eachother.. same year, model & colour. As I walked around the other car (not the one I test drove) noticed it was $2000 cheaper and had 2 less packages installed, this drew my attention to the vin number. I noticed the last 3 digits of the vin was the same as the vin on the paperwork I signed.. so I grabbed the sticker from the original car I drove which had it's vin, price and head inside to confront the salesman. Its at this point I met the salesman as he returned to his desk and he diffuses me by admitting first that he'd got the wrong car. But he also cant give me the price on the one we test drove. In my opinion, based on another experience, which I warned the saleman I had previously experienced. I really think they thought they could get me to sign all the paperwork on the almost identical car parked next to the one I test drove and bait and switch me to a cheaper model. Just to remind folks, in Arizona there is no "cooling off law" and you cannot cancel a contract once signed on a car purchase. It was at this point the salesman led me to the other group of cars and said he'd be able to do the same deal on. He clicked the alarm as he already pulled the keys to switch us again. It was a color that I said I didn't want and I immediately saw it didn't have the sunroof and no premium trim marked on the front grill. For reference this car is base model $27k and $7k cheaper than the original one listed as $34k on the listings.... making our negotiated price more than $4 higher than their listed on that base model. .. I promptly left. So folks, please don't take just my word for it, search the reviews for "bait and switch" and read many others.
