( mind you, before the appointment I asked for a grooming trim and shedding. And told her that my dog is only 9 months old and has been to a groomer before so he knows his way around the ropes) The whole time I was there the lady was complaining the whole time that he's too big and saying he was being a hassle, which I saw the whole thing and he wasn't even doing that bad, he was literally just being a dog in a bathtub. This was in the morning and she seemed very worn out just by giving my dog a bath. After that she dryed him off and brushed him and and she still made it seem like it was a hassle to deal with him. I started to get irritated at this point so I just start holding him and making it hopefully be for her. And I guess she just wanted to be done even though his paws, his tale and private parts weren't even trimmed and she just thought of this being a "bath appointment" which I never heard of. She did start trimming his feet and peepee area, after I asked. it's very blotchy and she was complaining the whole time while doing it. It's just if you can't do big dogs let people know instead of taking there money!!!
