Their system does not seem capable of properly distinguishing between charges for a full set versus two fills under the monthly membership, which resulted in me being overcharged. Instead of proactively resolving the issue, I was left having to repeatedly question and track the charges myself. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of care and professionalism from the front desk staff. Rather than showing understanding or attempting to help resolve the issue, the interaction felt dismissive and transactional. Customer service should involve listening to concerns and working toward a fair resolution, especially when billing errors occur. I expected much better communication, transparency, and accountability from a business that promotes recurring memberships. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I would caution others to carefully monitor their billing if they sign up for a membership here. A few lashes fell out immediately, but I didn't mind (I believed this was normal). Little did I know this was the beginning of a tragedy...over the next few day my lashes continued to fall out. By day 7, I only had a few left and scheduled another appointment. My next appointment was with Jocelyn (the owner). When I walked in she exclaimed "dang girl, your lashes are struggling". I let her know about my experience..she proceeded to tell me "there may be something wrong with your pH" (btw, I'm a doctor. This is complete BS). Jocelyn applied my lashes, and again, they were gorgeous! However, within 72hrs my lashes were completely gone. They would fall out mid-conversation. One day, I gave my boyfriend a hug and when he stepped back...he had multiple lashes on shirt...HOW EMBARRASSING?! Their Instagram posts are terribly misleading because: yes, they look good when you first get them done, but, they don't last longer than 5 days (so what's the point?)
