Rather than showing understanding or attempting to help resolve the issue, the interaction felt dismissive and transactional. Customer service should involve listening to concerns and working toward a fair resolution, especially when billing errors occur. I expected much better communication, transparency, and accountability from a business that promotes recurring memberships. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I would caution others to carefully monitor their billing if they sign up for a membership here. By day 7, I only had a few left and scheduled another appointment. My next appointment was with Jocelyn (the owner). When I walked in she exclaimed "dang girl, your lashes are struggling". I let her know about my experience..she proceeded to tell me "there may be something wrong with your pH" (btw, I'm a doctor. This is complete BS). Jocelyn applied my lashes, and again, they were gorgeous! However, within 72hrs my lashes were completely gone. They would fall out mid-conversation. One day, I gave my boyfriend a hug and when he stepped back...he had multiple lashes on shirt...HOW EMBARRASSING?! Their Instagram posts are terribly misleading because: yes, they look good when you first get them done, but, they don't last longer than 5 days (so what's the point?)
