I've had a good number of pedicures, and the water for soaking your feet is always blue, containing some sort of antiseptic. Our water, however, was just plain water. My tech spent the entire time during my pedicure conversing with the tech to him. The leg massage was not relaxing at all. in fact, I would say it was rather uncomfortable. I was in West Bend for the weekend and wanted to refresh my nails. I called and made an appointment for 1:00PM on a Sunday. Upon my arrival I stated that I had an appointment and a lady working on a customer said I could pick out a color and pointed to a wall of colors in jars(for a dip manicure). Which is obnoxious because the color cures differently on ones' nails. The same lady then tells me there's a wheel of nail colors on a table 3 tables in from the entry. They had very few red colors, as it was 4th of July weekend which was disappointing. I wasn't serviced until 1:18PM. My nail tech hardly spoke to me. The removal of my previous manicure was awful, using the dremel tool aggressively and then soaking my nails in the smallest bowl, squishing them. No towel was placed on the table where I received service so dust and powder flew everywhere. The nail tech didn't cut my nails but rather used the dremel tool to "cut" them -- I've never experienced this before. It was a semi-painful experience that I wanted to be over. They also used a UV gel top coat on my dip manicure which is not proper procedure. My nails are red, but they are uneven and I will not return to this location. There was one other person getting a pedicure while I was there, but a friend in the area said that this salon is busy often and notorious for double booking appointments. Pricing for services is not posted anywhere. I paid $50 which is on par for pricing in Mke.

I remember Jacci called me because I had been waiting for the new shop to open and I need a hair cut desperately. The guys working inside told her that a "big dark haired guy" was spying between the paper covered windows, I guess she told them "Oh that's only Greg, he must need a haircut". So Jacci offered to cut my hair (even though the shop was not open) and with that I became Jacci's first customer in her new shop, unofficially of course. Well her we are 2012 and Jacci is still cutting my hair and when it came time for my 2 year old daughter's first hair cut there was no place else to go.
