One of them was great and Lexi did it. Lexi made sure my sister was satisfied and Brooke did not completed my mom's services and she came back home with wet hair. She was kept ignoring and saying she has other client but she was standing, eating, and using phone. Took so long to just color the hair black. My mom had a highlight first but we barely see the color and they made us pay extra $50 for coloring black. Very upset with the services. If I am paying $500 i need some good results. Super with my overactive daughter and even though it was my daughter's very very time getting braided, she didn't complain once about it hurting. It's been a little over 3 weeks since my daughter got her braids and she hasn't been the best at keeping her hair kept (inconsistent with wearing her bonnet at night and always going swimming in the pool) but her braids are still very much intact and she still gets compliments about them when we're out.
