I brought up the fact of the massage was not a 60-minute massage to the front desk person who said "Oh, Ok." Nothing else. That's it. Not a care in the world. Besides being shortchanged on time, the massage was probably the worst I've ever had. I asked for medium/medium plus pressure. I have dark brown hair, and I wanted to go to light brown. I understood that I'd have to get my hair slightly lightened with bleach. This lady had my hair almost platinum for a shade that was maybe only two shades lighter than my hair. Excessive damage for no reason. Then as she dyed my hair, I kept feeling my hair touch my bare clothes. Long story short, she completely bleached the back of my brand new $90 hoodie. And didn't mention it to me. And my hair was burgundy and very patchy. My hair turned out damaged and not what I asked for at all. I ended up getting a full refund, minus tip, but I wish I could've gotten a refund, taken the tip, and been reimbursed for the sweatshirt. This happened over a year ago but as I read other reviews on the hair stylists here, I figured I'd chip in. ONLY giving two stars instead of one because I once got a haircut here from a different stylist and I absolutely loved it. This stylist had several tattoos and I believe her name was Shelby- but I'm not sure.
