It was for a long haired domestic cat who came out of the ordeal perturbed, but no worse for the wear. The shaving was done in a cute lion style that I never would have imagined, but lion kitties are cool, so I am happy with it. Balla Fur's sister Charlotte Fur no longer recognizes her sister and hisses at her. Charlotte did not approve, but lacking an opposable thumb, she is not writing this review.

The only reason I'm making a review now is because I tried reaching out to give the owner a chance to make it right or even deal with the groomer and I didn't get a respons. I'm absolutely furious about the level of professionalism and incompetence from the groomer.

We were horrified as we watched the two women struggle with him and pull him in different di rections. They tried to tell us that he stressed himself into a nose bleed and to take him to the vet to get his nails trimmed next time. We never had this problem with him before and we will take him elsewhere next time, where they won't be rough with him. We thought we were going to lose our little guy right then and there. They has listened to our girls and have done what it takes to care for and groom our GENTLE GIANTS (Newfoundlands). In most recent months they groomed our senior dog Lucky Baby #13 a couple of times and lovingly maneuvered her around all throughout her grooming. She decided she needed to lay down the entire time, due to weak hinds and just being a big ole Newf. I am sure it took so much extra care and time to get the job done, but they did it! They work countless hours to accommodate all the animals they care for, and I so appreciate them. We are so fortunate to have them in Suncrest! God bless them and all of their own babies (current and past) and all the babies they care for every single day.

My dog's appointment was prescheduled for 1PM Saturday, when we brought our dog in she said pickup…read morewould be 4PM up to possibly 5 PM. I have a small dog and could not understand why it would take so long. Previous to bringing my dog in, she quoted me a price of $55-$60. We returned at 4PM and my dog was in a sling and she (the groomer) complained about how my dog had mats and how uncooperative he was being. She started complaining to her school aged daughter of how my dog was being impossible, mind you, she took him out of the sling to cut his nails, why did you not cut his nails while he was in the sling. At that point she gave up on cutting his nails at all. She then had the audacity to charge my card $75 without telling me why. Additionally, his hair cut was so bad, chopped here and there, long hairs protruding from under his chin. When my daughter saw my dog, she said "someone did a very bad job on him" She then looked at his underside and told me, "the groomer cut him" He has a cut on his underside which is quite red. I am never ever going back to this person. She lacks professionalism and dishonest as well does not appear to know how to groom a dogs hair. My dog is all of 5-7 pounds.
