I wasn't allowed to bathe the dog in the shower, so I called them up, and they told me to come right in. They had plenty of space. I showed up 20 minutes later, and had everything ready for me. Awesome. I got my very confused dog up into the tub and chained her to the front so that she couldn't run off. Bathed her, did our usual routine on that front. I used their towels to dry her, even though I brought my own. Perfectly fine experience. The part that I was slightly incredulous about is that the cost was about $15 for less than 15 minutes of work on my part. Perhaps it's my naivete, but that seems high.
