I cancelled because there was no possible way I could logistically make it to their salon on my wedding day. I initially gave them my credit card number to charge me with a deposit. This I understand; they could have taken that and I would only be a little pissed even though I gave them adequate cancellation notice. So they didn't take me off their books and I have to pay. This was all a big surprise when I saw the charge on my credit card statement. Don't you think if you forgot to take someone off your books and they didn't show that you would call and see what was going on? Well no one called, probably because they realized that I had indeed cancelled. Now I feel like they were hoping that I would either not notice or decided it is too much of a hassle to dispute.

I was told the problem areas in an exit interview and given some stretching tips to help alleviate the pain! Some backstory: I'd been traveling for the past week and was overexerting myself. A 2.5 hrs into a 5 hr drive passing through Duluth I was in a lot of pain. I'm very thankful to have thus last minute appointment, like 20 min before it started! I was treated to cucumber water, sitting in a pleasantly decorated and calm waiting area.
