I walked in, was asked what I want even though I let them on the phone and was told it was something they could do. I let them know again I want dip with nail extensions. They asked me if I wanted something different they had, I politely declined. Once I'm sat, Amy my nail tech starts doing my nails and seems very confused by what steps to take next. She asks me if I want something different (I think it's called gel x? I'm not entirely sure.) I let her know I've had it done a few times prior and I'm not a fan and again, I politely declined. To make a long story long, she filed my nails paper thin, shaping wasn't great, dip powder all over my skin and one broke less than 24 hours later. It has been one week and two more of my nails broke yesterday. Safe to say, I'll never go back there again. Also, I still tipped her even being unsatisfied. I know we all have to make a living but be better and don't question your clients so much. They know what they want before they even come in.

I didn't see/look into prices ahead of time but was charged $35 which I felt was fair, especially for the extra time removing old polish. My tech was Mia and she was thorough, gentle, took her time, and checked in with me along the way. I've had some manicures in the past at other salons that felt rushed and kind of painful at times. The nail tech was very nice and polite....(he wasn't the problem)....but the way he filed my nails was not squared like I asked. They were quite slanted, actually. I didn't want to be a difficult client, so I figured I would just fix them when I got home. No big deal. Another issue were all the flies and fruit flies buzzing around. There were tons of them and extremely annoying. No one said anything, nor offered any apology or made an effort to get rid of them, which I found to be quite unprofessional and disturbing. Lastly....and the total dealbreaker of all, was that ALL....and I mean ALL...of my nails started lifting and eventually popped completely off in LESS THAN A WEEK!! Totally unacceptable!!! After paying over 60 bucks, plus a 20% tip, I expected MUCH better service than what I got. Needless, to say.....I will not be returning. I will say, on a positive note, however, that the nice hot towel shoulder massage at the end was VERY nice and I would have gladly paid to have it last longer. (It was only for about a minute or two, at most, unfortunately.) Other than my last experience at your salon, I have had no complaints, but I regret to say that I will no longer be a customer of yours, sorry.
