This was one of the worst nail experiences I've had in a long time. I called and made an appointment a couple days prior after hearing good reviews about it. I walked in, was asked what I want even though I let them on the phone and was told it was something they could do. I let them know again I want dip with nail extensions. They asked me if I wanted something different they had, I politely declined. Once I'm sat, Amy my nail tech starts doing my nails and seems very confused by what steps to take next. She asks me if I want something different (I think it's called gel x? I'm not entirely sure.) I let her know I've had it done a few times prior and I'm not a fan and again, I politely declined. To make a long story long, she filed my nails paper thin, shaping wasn't great, dip powder all over my skin and one broke less than 24 hours later. It has been one week and two more of my nails broke yesterday. Safe to say, I'll never go back there again. Also, I still tipped her even being unsatisfied. I know we all have to make a living but be better and don't question your clients so much. They know what they want before they even come in. read more

I recently moved back to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon, so I decided to give this place a try--and overall, I had a really pleasant experience. The salon was clean, peaceful, and not busy at all when I arrived. I was able to get in right away, which was great (I went on a Thursday morning). I didn't have much time, so I opted for a gel polish change on my feet and a fill-in on my nails with a cut down and reshaping. The polish change was quick and efficient, and I especially appreciated the extra touch: the man who did it wrapped my feet in a warm towel and gently massaged and squeezed them afterward. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and although he had no idea, that simple gesture gave me unexpected relief and meant a lot. The fill-in, however, did take quite a long time. I arrived around 10:45 AM and didn't leave until about 1:40 PM. While I understand that quality takes time, the process definitely felt longer than expected for just a fill. One standout part of the service was at the end: while I was under the UV light, the woman who did my nails came over with a warm towel in a plastic bag and gave me a shoulder massage. I've never had that kind of attention and care at a nail salon before--it was truly a lovely and unexpected bonus. Now, the only downside (and the reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars) was what happened during checkout. As someone who believes in tipping--I don't get a service without leaving a tip--I was really caught off guard when the staff member told me I needed to leave one before I even received my receipt. When I asked if the tip line would be on the receipt, he printed it out and pointed directly to where I should write the amount. I've never been to a place that basically demanded a tip like that. It made the checkout feel awkward and a bit uncomfortable after such a relaxing visit. Despite that, the overall service was lovely, and I do plan on giving them another try. I went here today for the first time and was happy with the services. You get a warm bean bag shoulder cover during your pedicure and a nice leg massage. I then got my nails done, I need mine short for work and chores so I requested that and Charlie was more than happy to help. After your manicure they give you a brief but relaxing neck massage which was perfect after the warm shoulder cover. This is a quiet shop that is great for relaxing as it's not filled to the brim with tables and chairs like other nail salons. I will be going back and using my punch card that gives me a free basic manicure or 10 dollars off on the 10th use. Charlie was amazing and patient, highly recommend him. read more

First time here. Location was easy to find and parking was plentiful. Although I did not have an appointment, I was seated right away. Initially, I assumed I'm getting regular treatment. The atmosphere was serene, the facility was clean and decor was complimentary to the plaza. My Nail Tech Ella did an amazing Job. She was not only knowledgeable but very helpful when it came to deciding on what I wanted. She's now set a new standard on how I'd like my nails. Additionally the staff was friendly and the price was average compared to other businesses. Will be returning to this establishment whenever possible. I went on a Sunday afternoon recently as they were one of the only places open. I had 5 week old dip on my nails and it was the only chance I had to get them done for at least a few more days, so I decided to try Liverpool nails. I really should have just waited the few more days to go to my usual nail place. First off, the place is pretty no frills/outdated. That honestly doesn't matter too much, but I personally like to feel relaxed and comfortable while I have a chance to get away to pamper myself. I was quickly led over to the dip colors, which they had a pretty good amount of. I didn't quite know what color I wanted yet, so I took a few minutes to look through them, but felt kinda weird with the nail tech standing literally right next to me as I looked through them. I chose the color, he led me over to another older gentleman that was actually going to do my nails. He was SO ROUGH taking my old dip off, like drill turned up to the fastest setting the whole time - he was definitely trying to rush through. I even pulled my hand back and said "ouch" a couple times because it seriously felt like he was burning through my natural nail with the drill. He even nicked himself once and pulled his own hand back. Usually at the end of an appt, techs will get a warm towel and wrap your hands in it for a minute. He did this after my dip was taken off, but the towel was wrapped in a *trash bag*....I honestly just wanted to laugh bc there was no point in even doing this. He asked what shape I wanted, I told him almond, he made them round. He didn't put a layer of base powder underneath the color I chose, so my nails are translucent at the tips. He was tossing his tools on the table the whole time too, which came off bothered and careless. He asked if I wanted a massage and I told him no thanks...I already felt so awkward and uncomfortable. All of this, plus three of my nails have already cracked and chipped. One is literally shattered, and it has only been a week. I know some of this could have been remedied if I had said something. But overall the experience was extremely underwhelming. Pretty safe to say I will not be back. read more

Went here for a gel nail polish change. I have been here many times in the past. I had an appointment and did not have to wait long at all. Charlie was great, very gentle and kind. I have never had a bad nail service here. The vents on the nail stations could be a bit cleaner but the rest of the salon was fine. Very friendly. I made an appointment and I recommend others to do the same. It was actually quite busy while I was there. Very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. They have taken several different steps to help with covid prevention, so it feels pretty safe. Several different pedicure add ons from $50-85 bucks. I was able to show them a picture for the nails I want and they were able to get it close to what I wanted. They made sure I was aware of the price before starting. went here for first time and had a great dip manicure on my natural nails by jessica. went back to get a new set and my nails were ruined. Jay was the man who did my manicure this time. the dip was applied so messily and thick and after asking the tech to fix my nail they proceeded to apply another layer of dip and then filed it right off. within 3 days my long natural nails began snapping off. I've been about 6 times so far and have gotten pedicures, full UV gel and fills and regular gel manicures. All have been expertly done with high attention to detail and a focus on great customer service. The salon is welcoming with a very friendly manager. Everything is very clean and in good repair. They offer a fun selection of different services like pomegranate and green tea pedicures. Many times services come with extras to select from that would cost a lot more at other places. My last experience, tonight, is the reason I decided to write a review. I went after work and arrived at 6pm. They close at 730 and thought that a UV gel fill and pedicure could be completed in an hour and a half. Although it did last for nearly two hours, they didn't rush or do sloppy work after they closed the salon. They made me feel relaxed and not once said anything about me being there after close. While the facilities are extremely nice and a big update from what it's been in the past, the service wasn't the greatest. The staff is extremely nice, but the manicure and pedicure were not the greatest. The pedicure wasn't thorough and the final polish didn't feel finished. The gel manicure was not complete. The nail shape was uneven and rigid. And the cuticles were not done well. Also could have used an additional coat of polish. The woman in the front, Chen, who I believe is the owner, is one of the cutest and sweetest people you'll ever meet. I had Suki as my nail artist and my mom had Shania as hers. We were both overly pleased with our services. We both got spa pedicures which included manicures as well. Both Suki & Shania were incredibly detailed and very kind. While sitting in the massage chair for the pedicure, Chen brought us a shoulder "hot pack" which added to the overall relaxation. Throughout the visit, Chen checked on everyone in the salon to make sure they were enjoying their services. They offer a frequent "buyer" card which on the 11th visit, you will receive $12 off (which can be used for a free manicure or $12 off another service). While waiting for our nails to dry (we did normal polish, not gel), we received a quick warm towel shoulder massage. Everything was fantastic but this made the experience that much more awesome. I always go there to get my wax done monthly and I think this time the wax was too hot because it took some of my natural tan off. Over all the lady does a wonderful job and does the wax in 15 mins or less. I spend normally $50. On the other hand I got my both a pedicure and manicure done the the same and did not like how my toes came out. I wanted an ombré look with different blues and it looks like two colors instead of being mix together. My nails on my hand are okay. Just gel and rhinestones. However within 5 hours they fell off but that could be because I'm a home health aide and was working that night. Overall experience for the nails I would not get certain designs done by that one lady because she didn't grasp the idea nor the picture that I showed her! read more

I usually go to this place to get my nails done but I was pretty disappointed this time. I used to get dip or acrylic but I had stopped for months and allowed my nails to grow long and strong and opted for gel. The gentleman who did my nails filed them down with the drill so thin that I may as well have gotten acrylic. I am very sad as the drill shouldn't be used during gel with the exception of removing old polish which I didn't have. I'm going to have to start from scratch and regrow my nails because they are brittle and thin and also advocate for myself better in the future read more

I went their because I had a 115.00 gift certificate. I was disappointed. First I do not consider a salon clean unless I witness the utensils coming out of the packages. I asked if they were sterilized but I have to take their word. They were in a basket that looked less than desirable. Their were no sterilization equipment visible. I also wanted a massage and because I already knew I would not be back I got the longer one. It was a chair message which is ok if you have a ten minute one but not great for the long one because they don't really get passed your shoulders and upper back. I prefer the place in the mall for less money and a true spa like atmosphere where you can lay down and the can get to the spots that hurt. So my bill came to 100.00 and I gave her the gift certificate and told her the 15.00 was for the employee. She gave me a hard time and told me to use it for a future visit but I did not plan I coming back. I hope she gave it to the person. I've been getting my nails done here for the past 2 years, and after today I will no longer be going here. I got the powder done CNC about 4 days ago. The girl never put down the base coat. I noticed, but didn't say anything because I assumed she knew what she was doing. My nails started breaking two days after getting them done and that had never happened. I walked in and explained the situation and began to get my nails redone. She had began to take off the foil when four people walked in. The woman at the front instructed the one girl to take one of the customers and she started to work on my nails. She then told me I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour because they had to "make money", even though I'm a paying customer who has been coming for over two years, knows all of the staff etc. I left with my nails not done, even though I paid $40 four days ago to get them done. Well the guy was doing them he was filing them he broke one and had to glue a new one on. This place is very close to my house. So for about a year, I've given this salon several chances to impress me. However, more often than not I would leave feeling disappointed. The staff often rush the customers, are rude and not very personable...every time I've gotten my nails done I've been disappointed with the outcome. They take too long, my nails are not even and they chip very easily (within the first week). They charged me $43 for a gel nail fill...plus I would give a tip obviously. Altogether I never feel that the nails that I walk out with are worth $50. Other salons I go to charge $35 and my nails last 3 weeks plus....They do a good job with pedicures in my experience as well as waxing eyebrows...but for the sort of hostile environment (unprofessional attitudes by staff) and the overpriced services I sadly wouldn't recommend as my first choice around this area...I really did want to like them. read more

I will start by saying the spa has really comfortable chairs. However, my experience was very poor. When asked which pedicure I wanted, the nail tech didn't easily accept my answer and kept trying to upsell me. Then without any questions, she cut my nails down so far there was barely anything to file and shape. She also cut the corners off. During the massage part, she began soliciting for an upsell again. I did get a back massage which was actually quite painful. At the end of the massage, she twisted both of my arms around to force my back to crack, all the while telling me to relax. The lady at the front desk then grabs my nails, looks at them and says no, we cant do a fill today it will take to long and starts listing other nail salons that I can go to. I was willing to wait to get the fill, I just wanted it done here because I liked how my nails came out the first time. 1.
