He mumbles on the phone a little and tells me I can see him the next day. I asked him about pricing, which ultimately was why I called. He told me that it was 50 dollars for a haircut but as a new client he will do it for 40. Well I told him that was a little out of my price range, he then proceeded to tell me "Then Go to Super cuts" then hung up on me. Didn't even let me finish what I was going to say, which was that I would do it. If you think you are that cool, and you can cut hair so great that you can talk to people like that, why the hell are you working in Santa Rosa and not Hollywood. I am sure that this JEFF guy can cut hair like a bada** but I would think I would be careful who I was talking to on the other end of the phone. To Courtney the business owner, (if you ever read these) you might want to have a discussion with your employees, might help your success by teaching them people skills.
