At the end of my trial I was able to sign our contract and leave a deposit with her to lock in my wedding date. The day of, she made me feel so beautiful, everything held up through a slightly windy ceremony and an evening of dancing, I couldn't have been happier! When I tell her to cut a certain amount, it is always that and never more. I have tried many colors over the years and she always gets it right (some photos attached). I have naturally dark hair and have had many balayages by her as well, none of which have caused any "frying" of my hair. Her products are top quality and she even has some natural options for those with allergies. As far as the salon, it is always clean and comfortable. There are three private suite rooms for each of the stylists. Great background music and overall vibe. It's also in a prime location near downtown.
