I called his primary vet and others seeking emergency care. No appointments available until next week. I thought, "Next week! How can this not be an emergency." (You know how we are.) Maybe a groomer, I thought. None would look at him, referring me back to his vet. Then I called Stephanie's and was told to bring him in, they would look at it and trim if that was all that was needed, or refer me back to my Vet. Needless to say, all that was needed was a nail clipping. I was in and out, in 15 minutes. I won't relay their prices, but I paid "less" than $20 for a visit that would have probably cost almost $100 if not more, at mine or any other vet. These groomers really care. This kind of compassion should never go unnoticed. Thank you.

She is loving and intuitive, she works with puppies and dogs of varying temperaments. For the comfort of your dog, she spends time with him or her and with you before getting started, and when I leave, I feel less stressed and my dog feels less stressed. When I pick up, she let's me know of any issues, like early onset of what could be an ear infection, or a skin issue. Rachel is a wonderful person, we met her at another grooming business and we were devastated when we learned she had left. After months of searching I finally connected with her and though her business is much farther away from us, it is worth the peace of mind to go out of our way, and my dogs are much more happy and look great. My oldest Dog is no longer terrified of getting groomed. We drive about 40 minutes because of the great service and the friendship that has developed over the past year, we are very happy and we always look forward to seeing how clean and cute our dogs are when we pick them up!
