A god-send of a clinic and Supportive Living. For a rating out of 10 I give this location a 100 at…read morethe very least. I came here for PHP after my time in Rogers residential #2 in 2022, and that Rogers residential stay #2 was so scary (though looking back on it I'm so grateful for that experience, my first Rogers residential experience, and this PHP experience in Sheboygan which I'm getting to right now), but this clinic helped me wind down so well. I was so impressed by the care of every staff member in both the clinic and supportive living; especially my phenomenal treatment team at the clinic (Scotti the Behavioral Specialist, Ashley the Therapist, and Erin the Nurse Practitioner). I tell that they all truly wanted to be there out of a deep and genuine desire to help (not to mention that they were all super fun!). It's very likely still the case there, but at the clinic they challenge you with exposures but make sure they don't go to an unprofessional degree, and they make exposures with you based on what you would like to focus on and what you think is important. Of course they offer advice (which is normal and always appreciated), but they always said that at the end of the day it's the patient treatment and that they will support the patient with the fears that the patient would like to address. And every staff member at the Supportive Living was so kind (and fun!). The rules are a lot more relaxed than they are at residential (which makes sense). I won't lie - being at the Supportive Living was almost like being at a college party 24/7. If you're looking for PHP at Rogers you HAVE to go to this location. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Scotti, Ashley, and Erin. You three really helped me feel safe and more like myself after residential and supported me when I needed it the most, and for that - as well as so much more - I will be eternally grateful. Thank you all for everything (and please don't leave the clinic in case I ever need to go back - I miss y'all so much as it is)!!

I stayed both times for eating disorder in patient. I didn't have a bad stay in 2024 however in…read more2025 they changed everything!!! Even though they have bathrooms in every room, they only let everyone use one shared bathroom!!!! I cannot relieve myself after someone throws up and leaves it unflushed (cause we aren't allowed to flush toilets) in the toilet!!! Not to mention it's hard enough to relieve myself in public bathrooms in general! I got so backed up I had got really sick with a kidney infection and severe constipation. I have migraines and they only allowed me in the bedroom for 30 minutes at a time. What the hell is that supposed to do for a MIGRAINE????? Patients were self harming actively IN FRONT OF YOU IN THE HALLS AND IN THE DINING ROOMS and the staff DIDNT STOP THEM. This one patient was being so terrible to the other patients that patients were actively discharging when they were severely sick and tubed. She was terrible to one in particular calling her a fat ass and that patient had a 45 minutes break down where she self harmed and ripped her tube out in front of everyone! Nobody stopped her. Nothing was done. She discharged herself too. The terrible patient was allowed to stay and cause terror still. Terrible management on the unit. I was traumatized on the phone rocking back and forth crying to my partner as he heard them screaming in the background, crying for him to help me please. Someone anyone help me. I'm never going back. I'd rather starve to death. Thank you.

I'm writing this review as the loved one of a current residential patient. Since he has only been…read morethere for a week, I will most likely update or write another review once he completes his treatment. That said, while no place is perfect, our experience so far has been wonderful. We originally sent my brother to a treatment center in southwest Florida. We thought getting him out of the Midwest and into some sunshine might be an added bonus. Unfortunately, the program was extremely unprofessional, and I would even go as far as to say unethical. My brother lasted only 20 hours there before coming home. After that experience, I was worried he wouldn't be willing to try another treatment program. With a lot of encouragement from our family, we convinced him to go to Rogers. From the moment we arrived, everyone was professional, compassionate, and welcoming. My brother calls me every day with hope in his voice, telling me how amazing the staff has been. He often talks about how much time they are investing in helping him heal and get better. He signed an ROI so I could be involved in his treatment, and I've had to reach out to his team a few times. I can't even begin to describe how different this experience has been compared to the place we tried before. Hope is such a powerful gift for someone who has been feeling so down and out. Rogers has given that to my brother, and our entire family is incredibly grateful. I know we still have a long road ahead, but this first week has already been such a positive experience. When my brother calls me now, I truly feel like I'm talking to a different person.
