Once the sale is executed, and paid your on your own. They talk about warranty like if it's a big thing, but once we called for an issue they told us that we need to call the manufacturer they don't stand by their products. The manufacturer is out of town and they have a person down here every few months if they have plenty of sheds to service. Avoid Shed Depot they suck. I wish I could truly review your product but since I can't even get a call back, I'm going to review your Customer Service which is disappointingly very poor. Starting around June 2016, I called the number advertised (305) 231-1990, it was early in the day on a week day, so I thought I'd be able to talk to someone and ask my questions. The guy who answered the phone was busy, took my number and said he'd call back...NEVER DID! On Sunday, July 24th, Hubby and I took a ride out to the location, met a really charming guy, Rafael, who we sat with, got all of our questions & concerns answered, picked a shed and got a price. We didn't even flinch, we were sold. We exchanged contact info, Rafael gave me his cell number and asked that I text him my address and he would come by on Tuesday to check the location and take final measurements. I texted him that same night at 9:15 pm. he immediately responded and we were set. I was delighted. Tuesday came and went and we NEVER heard from him. On Thursday, 7/28 & again on Sunday, 7/31 I texted again, NO RESPONSE! Additionally, I called the office number 305 231-1990 during that same week and the line was off the hook. I was pissed to say the least. We really like the Lark product they represent so we decided to give it one more try. On Tuesday, 8/9/16 - I called the office and spoke to their Secretary, Sammi, I confirmed that Rafael was still working there, explained our dissatisfaction and how I don't understand how a business doesn't want an easy sale and she was gracious and apologetic and promised to have Rafael call me. Well guess what, today is Saturday 8/13 and NO RESPONSE! This is what's wrong with our system, that customer service has gone out the window. The website has this video presentation from the owner JC jumping through hoops but unfortunately he won't do the same for the customer. Hubby & I own a very successful plumbing business and our reputation of customer service is stellar and we sleep well at night knowing we do right by our customers. Your loss Shed Depot! Shame on you. I guess we will call Lark directly and see if they can recommend a better distributor. read more

CLARIFICATION: Mr. Jordan A's wife called the Shed Depot on Sat. , Dec. 3, 2016, asking if we had a master key to open their shed because they had locked their dog in it the previous night due to rain showers. We informed Mrs Jordan A, that we could send out a technician to open their shed at a minimal cost of $50. She indicated that she would consult her husband but that they had already contacted a locksmith and that they were trying to avoid having to spend the $50. That was the end of the phone call with Mrs. A. A short while later, Mr. Jordan A called the Shed Depot and in an aggressive and loud voice began to yell that if we didn't open his shed that he would smear our company on ANY internet site that would allow reviews for our business. I explained to him that the course of action that he was planning is tantamount to extortion. But if that was how he was going to conduct himself, we did not need to speak any further. WE, the Shed Depot, in good faith, offered Mr & Mrs A Jordan A the most reasonable resolution to their situation. Although we appreciate their business, we WON'T be extorted. I visited this place of business on 08/22/15 around 3:30 pm traveling from Fort Lauderdale. First the city is listed incorrectly on here so I got lost and had to call in for the correct city (Hialeah). I drove this far because it had great reviews on here. Once I arrived I walked in the door and the person behind the desk looks at me liked I walked through his front door at home without knocking and he tells me "I'm busy". I was so stunned I said okay and he gave me card and told me to wait outside. Once I got outside it really started to hit me how rude he was and how I didn't have to take being treated like that even if I had drove over 45 minutes and got lost. Needles to say I left! I've never been treated like that when I first walk into a place of business. I really feel disrespected. read more

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! We worked with William on our project 16' X 16' Lark shed. It did take a little time (4 days) to get the quote back from Lark, because this was a special size and unit, but William notified as soon as he had it. We settle on the final price, picked the color, finish doors, windows and scheduled the time for the delivery and assembly time for the Lark Technicians. Everything showed up on the day it was scheduled in fact very early, we got phone calls at 6:30 am that they were on the way to Keys. Ralph from the Shed Depot got there by 7:45 and started unloading the first half 8' x 16' and then went back to get the other half. Everything was on property by 2pm. The scheduled day of the assembly happened early as well. The Lark technicians showed up at 7:30 and started the final assembly of the shed and were done by 11:30. Ralph and his crew showed up at 9:00 to finish there part of the assembly and tie-down of the shed. We could not be happier with our unit. The only thing about Shed Depot is have patience their office space is very small (maybe get a shed and make a bigger office guys!) and can only handle one customer at a time. I would highly recommend them and we shopped for sheds from online to driving to several different vendors and JC and his team were the best! JC the owner even came by to see the results of our project and was impressed. read more

The shed itself manufactured in Georgia is good. However, the rushed bad installation and lack of customer service make me wish I had never given them my money. The day after they "installed" the shed, it was already off level and had shifted one foot from it's original location. I called them, emailed them, text message them and all I got was "the owner will call you latter" For two days I tried to get them to help (I even offered to pay extra) but they never wanted to talk to me. I contacted another company (Frank's Sheds) who came over the same day and re installed the shed for me. read more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience so far. Make sure you get very educated on the timeframe and delivery info. The people claim to be communicative but far from it. I was the one calling or texting for updates. I ordered a shed on 1/19/18 and was told approx 4 weeks, well needless to say we are at February 27th and yesterday I get a phone call that their usual crane guy cut his finger off and their back plan is that I have to go with a company that might charge me about $400 more on top of what I expected to pay for delivery. Or other option I get my own crane guy, ok fine so I get my crane guy now the better part. Now they can't deliver until 3/3/18. Another 5 days. Wtf? I specifically said I need this shed by the 28th so that my belongings would not have to be outside. I was told not to worry they would be able to have it by then. They were a little behind but not to worry. Please understand that they will not call you until the shed arrives at there location for inspection, and then your looking at about a week after that. Not a day, not 2 days, but more like 5-7 days after it arrives there and that's if they have it scheduled. Good luck but I wouldn't do it with the shed depot ever again!!!!!! read more

I had purchased a pre-owned shed and under the suggestion of the seller, he recommended Juan C Zamora ( The Shed Depot / Shed Guy Services Inc. ) . The day of the shed move I was present and all started off with the movers and the crane running late but they made up for it as the Shed was moved without a glitch . Once the shed was loaded on to there trailer I did a walk around to make sure nothing had happed during the process of lifting and setting it down on to there transport trailer I left them to strap it down and the shed was as when I purchased it . ( In pristine condition ) I headed home to make sure there was nothing to interfere with them arriving to place the shed on my property . And as they pull up to the drop off area were the shed was to be placed I notice right away, while the shed was still on the trailer . That there were damages to both ends of the shed . I pointed it out to both the movers and they stated they did not know how the damages had occurred . This is were I should have made a different choices and called upon the management that same moment I noted the damage. But , instead I let them drop it off ( which was performed in a hastily fashion ). Which they stated was do to one of them have to get off work early to go celebrate a special event . I paid the monies due and they were on there way . A few days later I decided to send a text message with photo's of the damages to Mr. JC Zamora . He called right away and proceeded to tell me that Vinyl sheds over the years get brittle and very easily break. ( mind you this is a shed that was original sold out of his own store ) I explained to him that this was not the case with this shed and that all the Vinyl Siding was all in good shape and very pliable . The conversation was going no were and I made the suggestion not take my word for it !!! But , instead to ask both of the movers that were there when I pointed out the damages when the shed arrived at my place. Mr Zamora , agreed to ask Rafael , one of the movers and get back to me . I waited for 2 day's and did not receive a call back . I went ahead and made the call but got his voice-mail . I sent him a text and he did respond with a text message that left me disappointed with the people he has employed . The message stated that he had asked about the damages to my shed and that the response to him was that the damages where there from the start . To Mr Zamora's credit he was willing to give me 2 pieces for free if I drove to Hialeah and picked them up to perform the repairs myself . It is appreciated !!! The only problems is ??? This has turned out to be a matter of principal . I will not be labeled , a person who looks out to take advantage of any untruth's to pull one over on a business owner . ( it is not in my nature ) . I will however , recommend to Mr Zamora ( or ) any future clients of his who plan to use his service. To get a condition report and pictures prior to the moving of any shed . Couldn't be happier! We purchased an 8' x 14' shed and we were able to pick and choose colors, windows, doors, etc. JC and William were great and the shed arrived in perfect condition. The installers were amazing and it took only an hour to set it and secure it. Best of all, they called us to let us know exactly when they would be here.
