We needed a new front quarter panel, two driver-side doors, and a back quarter panel. They told us it would take two weeks, but it took over three weeks. Because of the extra time, we had to pay additional for the rental car since the insurance only covered it for a specific number of weeks. They did an excellent job on the repairs, and the Traverse looks great! They have 11 locations throughout NJ.

The estimate for the work was high. My insurance company and Livingston Collision (LC) exchanged…read moreemails for two weeks while the car was in the shop, but LC did not lower their estimate. At that point, LC was going to charge storage fees of $250/day if they did not do the work. I had to pay several thousand dollars to cover the insurance short fall to get my repaired car back. So, if your insurance company is unlikely to meet the LC estimate, take your car out of the shop (and pay the LC diagnosis cost) until you're sure your insurance company will cover the bill, or go to another body shop.

She walked out with me and went over the damages to my she stated that she could have the car done within two weeks. She would order the parts and let me know when they came in. I would drop off my car once the ports came in and she make sure that the repairs were completed in time. After I off my car, she told me it would be approximately two weeks. To my surprise, the car was done and only seven business days. I went over to the shop to pick it up and couldn't even tell that my car was ever in an accident. True workmanship at its best. It's been ridiculous. I had to rent a car for a week for work as he said my vehicle would be ready during the week. Went to check on the car it was never worked on as the pieces didn't arrive. I paid 1K out of pocket for nothing. It's been 3.5 weeks and haven't heard of the pieces arrived, ETA, nothing but he sure is enjoying that money. Do not come here at all! He asked for cash up front saying he did not have the money to order the parts, when I got the truck back everything that was suppose to be done was not. My son had a minor MVA and needed some front body work and a radiator and some other mechanical work which DAVE said he replaced, 5 days later the truck broke down d/t radiator failure I brought the truck to my mechanic who informed me that nothing mechanical was done to the truck . He refused to give me a itemized receipt of the work that was done - that's because it never was done! Buyer be very aware. I plan on perusing this further
