Everything about this office is terrific: you can schedule appointments online and check-in is efficient due to patient registration being completed online prior to your appointment or there are IPads available upon arrival for your convenience. The staff is knowledgeable and makes you feel extremely comfortable and it is evident they are happy in their jobs. Lastly, the technology is amazing: you are able to see everything Dr. Scott Dudley does inside your mouth; from live pictures through an intraoral camera to digital x-rays; all their equipment is top-of-the-line and state-of-the-art. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Scott Dudley to anyone who needs a dentist; he is a great person who truly cares about his patients.

I am a mom of two young kids and so I have very little time where they are not with me; my husband had taken time off so I get get the dental work done that I needed. The first office told me I had 7 cavities and needed a root canal on another tooth and then sent me home, refusing to fix any of it that day. I called Broomfield Modern Dentistry and they got me in within 45 minutes. The Dr. completed a full exam (which the other doctor hadn't) and she told me that there was actually only one tooth with a cavity, and that it didn't need a root canal, just a filling. Then she explained that the sensitivity that I was having in my other teeth was from me clenching. Then, she proceeded to fix it immediately for me. I also loved how they showed me the cost breakdown. Before moving any further they showed me a full breakdown of what my insurance would cover and what my cost would be. They showed me what was necessary and what was extra but would be beneficial. Nothing surprising and super straight forward. I'm so thankful for them. We will definitely be using this office going forward.

The girl (Dr Bottoms daughter) that worked on me finished up and then something went wrong. She attempted to take the"temporary" crown off and pulled, pried, and used a block of something they put in boiling water, then stuck it on your teeth! Well, she pulled and poked and tried to get it loose and it would not budge She finally gave up and said, "we will let nature take its course!" I was having total shoulder surgery and the dr really impressed on me the dentistry could cause an infection to the arm. I worried about this from that first day until this past week! Constantly on my mind all those months! When, after months, I went in to put the real crown on, they questioned if I didn't like the color. I said,"This is a temporary", so they took an XRay. Imagine my shock and upset when he told me it was a permanent replaced tooth! I worried and was afraid for 7 months because this was to be replaced when I was healed enough from shoulder surgery to do so. Additionally during the first visit I had to endure leaking hoses dripping water all over me as he worked on my teeth, gross and humiliating. I am confident the intent is to increase opportunities for additional procedures and charges. That was the last draw as far as visiting his office.

Why am I paying for a dentist when an assistant is doing all the work? Furthermore, I have other teeth that will need to be worked on and he presumed he could start in on them without my permission. I had gone in for 2 teeth and he presumed he should replace the amalgam on a third. I agreed to it after he had shot up my mouth so much. Finally, I got cold during this 2 hour session and asked for a blanket. There were 2 available. One was wrapped in plastic the other tossed on a tray. He told the assistant to give me the one thrown on the tray. I had to ask if it was clean since it had just been laying open. He displayed the worst bed side manner. When I complained he told me I should go see the dentist down the hall because he would probably do fillings and actually told his receptionist to make me an appointment. The Dentists and Hygienist are absolutely amazing! I have never had a bad experience there and I have huge dental anxiety! I would highly recommend Fleischmann Family Dental! My insurance changed their fee structure and my husband and I discussed it and as long as we are able to afford paying more out of pocket I will continue with them! We are seniors and Medicare changed the fee structure to pay the HMO rate even though we already pay for the premium PPO plan! Seniors get the bum deal!
