I love the staff at Fleischmann Family Dentist! They are always professional, friendly and very caring! The office is always very clean and inviting! The Dentists and Hygienist are absolutely amazing! I have never had a bad experience there and I have huge dental anxiety! I would highly recommend Fleischmann Family Dental! My insurance changed their fee structure and my husband and I discussed it and as long as we are able to afford paying more out of pocket I will continue with them! We are seniors and Medicare changed the fee structure to pay the HMO rate even though we already pay for the premium PPO plan! Seniors get the bum deal! read more

I've been coming here for a few years and they are excellent. For routine cleanings they are efficient, professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. It's a pleasant experience. The chair is comfortable, there's a tv overhead to provide a welcome distraction and the hygienists are great. My husband needed to get some dental work done after a previous dentist botched something and he hasn't had any issues since. They'll work with you to get the best care you need. Good care and good quality. But unfortunately after 10 years of me and my kids coming here, we have to switch dentists because their routine dental cleanings are booking 7-8 months out! Im surprised that they don't reserve any slots for existing patients. Had our cleaning appts in April and can't get in again until December for our '6 months cleaning'. Awesome first visit. I had my concerns over trying a new dentist but felt that my old one had some many new people and practices I did not agree with I needed to try someone new. I am so happy I found Fleischmann Family Dentistry. All of the staff was very nice, I was not "up sold" anything and was given very good information. Long time patient here. Just coming back to keep my review up to date. Love this place. Last year my mom flew in from Florida for the birth of my son. On the flight she chipped her tooth and Fleischmann Dentistry fit her in that day! She wasn't even a patient but they took care of her and my mom sung their praises! If you have ANY dental issues, be prepared to be relieved of your money only. To be fair--they are nice and the office is clean. However, and it's a BIG one: they do not actually do any dental work at that office. Literally, if you happen to have a cavity, they will charge you $100 to tell you that and give you a referral to one of their dear close friends (who will tell you how they often have drinks together), who then will charge you another consultation fee. This this a more recent thing, we've been going to them for years. Dr. Brooke is not there anymore. It is the new dentist who likes to make money and send out her patients to help her friends make money, also. Please know that you always have options and it is totally ok to shop around to get the best care for YOUR needs. They're running a business, keep that in mind: it's your LIFE, but it's only their money. read more

I've been going here for 10 years. Dr Dave is pretty good -- you know, a 10 out of 10 -- Dr. Liz is an 11 out of 10 because I had a good trap between my back teeth that was painful while eating and flossing. The pain became excruciating. In one visit; Dr. Liz fixed everything. read more

My first appointment at Fleischmann Family Dentistry was very positive. Everyone was very nice and I brought my son and they were very nice to him as well. He even received a container to put his tooth in for the tooth fairy and an hourglass timer to brush his teeth to even though it was my appointment. If I could give them 5 negative stars, that would be an understatement. In terms of the level of professional care, it's fine. Complete disaster of a billing issue, on them. They took zero responsibility for the error, blaming everything from me, my employer to the insurance company. They finally wrote it off, then stated we are not the dentist for you. Really, i could have told them that. Already have an appt. someplace else. Overall, if you want a screwed up mess for billing, they are the place. They need to remember, they are not the only game in town and need to do their job correctly the first time. read more

Staff all around has been amazing! When it came to scheduling both my husband & I it was a breeze! Dr Liz Minard was very helpful and helped me understand all of my dental needs! She even referred me to local ortho & oral surgeon. I made appointments for both & appreciated all the help doing so! Tanya also helped with assisting and was very kind and genuine. Shelly did my teeth cleaning & made sure I was comfortable and gave excellent tips for dental hygiene. As for the ladies in the front all have been welcoming & do what they can to schedule me as soon as possible. Jessica was great at going over expenses with me as well which I appreciated since I do not have dental insurance. Overall I'm glad my family & I have found a dentist close to home that we love! Have been going to Dr. Dave and his excellent staff for a very long time. They are kind, courteous, honest, and professional. If you have little ones, they're great with them, too! Check the cost beforehand. Called them in the morning for a problem with a sensitive tooth. They were able to see me 2 hours later. They did problem-focused evaluation which is basically looking at the tooth. No tests of any sort. It did not take more than 10 minutes. The bill was $85. The insurance allows for $71 which I had to pay out of pocket. I am allowed only 2 evaluations per year. They did these when I went for cleanings. The evaluation for all teeth is $46 and for one tooth is $85 ?! $85 for looking in your mount is excessive. They gave me Sensodyne which relieved the sensitivity and told me I could get a filling if I wanted. read more

Today I had a cleaning with Shelly. It was my second cleaning since becoming a patient at Fleischmann Family Dentistry. It was, as the first visit was, consistent. Shelly always wants to make sure you're comfortable throughout the process. She doesn't rush you, always lets you know where you could do better in your daily care of your teeth. She genuinely wants to know if there is anything more she can do to help you through the daily process. I have implants as well, and she lets me know how the gums are doing in that area. Overall I would give her an A+. Of course Dr. Fleischmann checks your overall condition as well, and he doesn't just rush in, look and be on his way. He asks how you are doing and has a genuine conversation with you as well. I also heard him compliment Shelly on her work, which I think was very nice to hear. My husband, who is also a patient, and I are very happy with our choice of Fleischmann Family Dentistry and recommend them highly. read more

Avoid this dentist. This dentist deserves no stars. They chipped my tooth and refused to acknowledge or rectify their mistake. When I calmly confronted Dr Fleischmann, he became defensive and abusive. It would have been easy for them to address the problem instead they asked me to leave. This was on my first visit to this dentist. I typically went 3-4 times per year to my previous dentist for cleanings and never had a problem. I will be reporting this to the ADA. I've been having nothing but trouble with dentists...my whole life. It's just been so much pain, stress and irritation. I've lived in many different places and coming here it was just another horrible thing on my list to find...a good dentist. Four years and some cruddy dentist experiences later...and after reading reviews on different sites for hours I came across this practice. I gave it a try and I'm so happy I did. Dr. Fleischmann is wonderful and so is her staff. They take their time for you. They make sure they do a thorough job, make sure you're comfortable and the atmosphere is so relaxing, I felt unusually calm. It's quiet and cozy, but clean. I felt they were very knowledgeable, honest and caring. Received a bill in the mail for $50 dollars because of a missed appointment that I never made with them. Called to discuss the issue three times during the day and got voicemail every time. Left a voice mail and asked if someone would call me back to discuss the bill. I stated that I'd like the charge reversed and taken off my bill as I didn't set the appointment up. Week later I received a new bill ($50 dollars removed) in the mail and a letter stating, "We are writing to inform you that we will no longer be able to treat your family as patients in our practice. Due to numerous missed appointments we are terminating our relationship." First of all I missed one appointment, not numerous! This is a shady business and for them to call themselves "family" is a joke. I'd highly suggest they make some management changes or else they will be getting many more negative reviews. I am truly saddened that this business is in a community I've called home all my life. Who does business like this!!?? read more

Check your bills!! Dentists and doctors are not allowed to charge the difference for the discount you recieve when using a prefered provider from your insurance company, but they do. This is illegal!! When mistakes are pointed out, rather than fixing them, they become defensive and rude!! They talk you into coming into the office for things they can't even help you with (claiming they can help), then send you on your way without any relief and with a hefty bill. Worst dental experience of my life. Agreed to 3 procedures then had to fight with insurance for coverage as the work was ruled unnecessary. The dental referred the matter to collections prior to getting the matter resolved to insurance. Settled with the insurance and paid the final statement from the dental works only to get additional charges and follow up from the collection agency. Had $2,500 worth of services, paid over $1,000 out of pocket and collections is chasing me for $50. This is a corporation with out sense or feeling. If you go here better bring that check book and be ready to pay. read more
