I felt like my old salon wasn't listening to me and when I complained about the condition my hair was in it was attributed to my nerves and diet not to the multiple mistakes my hairdresser made. Helen was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She told me the only true way to get rid of bleach damage was to cut it out. I was nervous but I gave her my ok. I wound up with the cutest neck length haircut!! It looks good straight and curly and thanks to the cut, conditioning treatment and recommendations Helen gave me -- my hair looks and feels so healthy. She even gave me a make to tone down the brassiness (I had colored it on my own). I am so impressed and have definitely found my new salon.

He has done my color ever since. I can bring in a picture of what I want, and wow... He just makes it happen. It's like magic lol Also, I now also get blowouts done by Erica, Elena, Sierra and Rom...and my kids go to Sierra and Chris for cuts, color, brows, prom hair and makeup (Erica for brows and makeup). I went to the salon for a long overdue root touchup and highlight touch up. After consulting we…read moredecided to do balayage. The hairdresser Kayla told me that she had to glaze my hair two different ways, melt my roots as they call it and whatever else. The total was going to be $370 which I was more than happy to pay as long as I walked out of there with what we had discussed. Instead 4 hours later, I leave with a black route, a band of color right under the route that is green and then the rest a very light bleached out color with the ends green again. I called the salon owner and she invited me back to fix it. I had to leave work early the next day, drive 35 minutes, spend another two hours for a different hairdresser to fix it. The second hairdresser Rachel did a good job repairing the mosh posh of crap that the previous stylist did. However after 6 1/2 hours, two days, and $350, I am completely dissatisfied with my hair. It is nowhere near what I wanted it to be. It has about four different shades of blonde in it and as of last night it was completely damaged, frizzy and would not curl. The owners solution was to offer me my next service (of adding highlights to my hair in order to ATTEMPT to get it to what I originally requested) for free. Meanwhile I never want to step foot in that salon again. So I'm left with spending the money to look a certain way but needing to now walk around for two weeks dissatisfied and then go pay someone else to accomplish the original goal. To say that I am beyond disgusted is an understatement. The young lady that owns the salon needs to go back to get a second- degree in customer relations and go to cosmetology school so that at the very least she knows what questions and expectations to have of the hairdressers she hires.

My hair looks so good, and feels so healthy. The color combo she put together for me is so dreamy! I got so many compliments the next day. The salon is very pretty and clean. I can't wait for my next appointment already!
