This establishment is directly across from my work, so I'm always in here. The employees are always friendly. I usually get one of their 2 for $6 meals for breakfast. For lunch, I usually get a cheeseburger w/ a fried egg. YUM!!! My only gripes are the "home style" chicken is terrible. Every. Single. Time. I've ordered it, it tastes like hardened rubber. The employees have no skills when in comes to customer service (if something is gonna take a while, apologize and make that clear, don't blame the customer.) everyone there waits around waiting for another staff member to do something so nothing ever gets done. Was just there for something to drink and two packs of smokes. Covid's made my life hell being hard of hearing; between masks and partitions I can't hear a thing cashiers will say. It's worse when they turn away to get your smokes, talk to the cigarettes and look at you like you're an idiot because you didn't hear a word of it. I explained to the cashier working I'm HoH and didn't catch that, she holds up my smokes like I'm brain damaged and finishes the transaction. She also thinks that HoH and deaf are synonyms because standing in front of me she did say "That's what they make hearing aids for." I heard that loud and clear and let her know as much that I was wearing them (they're in ear and invisible). I called back and let the manager know (Julie I think she said) who was apologetic enough to add that this will be addressed and I hope she does. The sole reason I didn't stay there and wait for the manager was a line behind me who'd all be late for work if I stalled the line out. So, if you're deaf or HoH, avoid the daytime older cashier who's always on register with a bun/ponytail. Apparently repeating what they ask you is too much to ask and you'll be treated like you're an idiot and an imposition. As to the other employees there - sorry. I'll confess I'm a Sheetz coffee slut. I hit them up regularly when traveling through Brooklyn, Mentor, Perry, Sheffield, Parma, Streetsboro and Ravenna. (Curse of having living, working, church and family and friends scattered across the NEO landscape). Based on that, I cannot help but compare my experiences from store to store, When this location was being built I was giddy and could not wait - it's right down the road from my work and easy to hit for lunch or a quick drink as I head out to evening activities. and BONUS - they have a drive thru! (Well, sorta bonus. Read on...) *The pros* - always open, coffee is always hot and fresh, and if your fave is missing they'll brew one up for you as quick as you can say the coffee Miranda rights - "you have the right to fresh coffee, if you say anything to me before I have the coffee it will be held against you, and it won't be pretty. You sometimes have the right to free coffee thanks to loyalty rewards. If it's your 10th cup and you use your Sheetz card, this will be provided for you. Do you understand these rules? If not, it's probably lack of caffeine. You should just drink the fresh cup that's now ready and move along." There food is also pretty tasty and a much better alternative to standard fast food. Customization is easy, using the touch screens provided indoors, and at the drive thru. If a sauce or something is missing, don't hesitate to ask as they are always willing to hook you up at this location. They also own up to mistakes (inside) - twice I have been left standing and waiting for my treats for an extended/unreasonable for fast food amount of time, while others who came in long after me grabbed their goodies and ran. On both occasions the staff apologized, quickly got my food or beverage and also provided me with a nice little card for a free drink and $1 off my next MTO order. Pretty sweet. *The cons* - The drive thru is a disappointment and afterthought. If you want fast service it's far better to make the trek inside for your MTO items. There is never a staff member assigned to the area, and it's usually a frazzled cashier that's running everything else that takes your order, makes your order or tracks down your order. Unlike inside where they apologize for delays and acknowledge what is happening, when you are in the drive thru it's a black hole. Twice I've had to knock on the window to get someone's attention to wee that the hold up was on a pretty basic drink order. Consistency is also an issue. let's give cinnamon rolls as an easy example - on one visit, the peanut butter topping (which you pay extra for) is sufficient, and almost generous. The next visit, it looks like someone has placed you on a PB diet and been very stingy with the PB. If I pay $0.40 for some PB, I expect $0.40 worth. Otherwise, I should just buy a Reese cup and smoosh it on top the darn thing (see my pics posted for a visual of the PB land of feast and famine) So, that's why this convenience center - with a nice selection of grab and go items (try the seasonal yogurt parfaits - they usually do not disappoint!) and fresh-made fast food (new guilty pleasure = fried cheese curds), and decent gas prices only ranked 4 out of 5 stars. read more

They always have great prices for gas and their car wash is definitely my favorite!! I don't really come here to eat but I always take my car here for a wash. They have 3 options for your wash and I always pick the ultimate because I want my car waxed. This place used to be good but it has went downhill so much in the last few months.Most (not all) of the employees act they're inconvenienced by your presence. The guy on the register in the mornings wants to talk to each customer for 5 minutes. It's no big deal if no one is in line but he doesn't care if there's 2 or 10 people waiting, he's going to tell you about the new cat food he found at the store. If you order food prepare to wait, even if no one else is waiting on food. Also, check your bag before you go. I've been burned a few times. It's conveniently located right off of I-480. I used to come here on a daily basis. Pick up some energy drinks and some food to eqt before work. I will not anymore. This past week i walked in and i saw a friend by tke kiosk. He ordered food and took his ticket. I went and grabbed a energy drink, soda and a pastry. I didnt see my friend anywhere so i figured he left. I checkout and went to back exit. The manager young guy hollars at me saying are you going to pay for your coffee uou ordered. I told him i didnt order coffee. The female in the kitchen said i saw you by the machine ordering. I kindly said i was talking to one of my friends who was ordering. They kept accusing me and i kept calm and said i did not order coffee and left the store. Next day i stopped in so i coild get the workers names. I did order a sandwich and heard the same female say im not making this till he pays. So i walked over and paid and was getting death stares. Took 10 mins for 1 sandwhich. She calls my number and basically threw it at me. She didnt have a name tag on. I walked out and the young male manager who yelled at me day before was outside smoking. Very disappointing. Great kiosk and made to order menu. I don't know how long I waited but it felt like 10 min after I paid for my food. No one else was in line so I don't know what took so long. The woman emptying the garbage cans out the rolling can in front of the dining area so I had to brush up against it to get napkins. I am now at work and there is no knife. I ordered a platter with a chicken patty. How do I eat it? The biscuit is so burned and dry it is more like a cracker. I will not be going back. The manager was walking around stocking shelves. It would have been nice if he asked what I was waiting for or something. Maybe no one at this location cares about customer service. This was at 5:45am. read more

This location is good but can get busy at times. The night shift/overnight shift could use some work. Sometimes on the weekends the meal prep staff can get overwhelmed. There was an hour wait at one point. I start work between 2-3am and I usually stop in to grab a coffee or something quick to eat on the way to work. I went in last night and ordered a bagel with cream cheese which took about 15min to make. Seemed like they were more concerned with talking with eachother. There were only two orders ahead of mine, one which was ready as soon as i paid for mine. The guy at the checkout counter could give a statue a run for its money. He barely said a word and had a look as if he didnt want to be there. My bill should have come to around 7-8 bucks since I had handed him a coupon for 2 cans of grizly, my bagel and a drink. I gave him a 20 and he gave me back 10. I know I had gotten overcharged but at that point, I really didnt feel like arguing with someone who doesnt care about their job. read more
