Stopped at this Sheetz around 3 AM because almost everything else was closed and I was starving after a long night. I was actually excited to see they still had food available. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill fast. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll through the kiosk, along with a Ginger Ale. The sandwich was honestly one of the worst gas station meals I've ever had. It was extremely salty, overcooked, greasy, and tasted burnt to the point that I ended up throwing most of it away after paying nearly $15 for the meal. They also didn't include napkins, which became a problem immediately because the sandwich was dripping grease. What made the experience worse was the customer service at the register. The cashier's name started with a "K" (I can't remember the exact spelling). I walked up with my order ticket ready to pay, and she continued having a conversation with a coworker in the kitchen area while I stood there waiting. She looked back at me multiple times but continued the conversation instead of acknowledging me. After standing there awkwardly for far longer than I should have, I finally said "Good evening" just to break the silence and make it clear I was waiting to pay. Her response was simply, "Sup," delivered loudly and aggressively, as if I was bothering her by being there. From that point forward, the entire interaction felt irritated and hostile for absolutely no reason. Even basic communication came across dismissive and rude, like helping a customer was somehow an inconvenience to her. Then the card machine apparently wasn't working correctly, and I was told to use tap pay instead. I was looking for the normal tap symbol most people are used to seeing, and instead of simply explaining it politely, she sharply pointed out where it was in a tone that again felt impatient and unnecessarily aggressive. Ironically, the only employee who showed any professionalism or politeness the entire time was the woman preparing the food -- which is unfortunate because the food itself was terrible. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly not worth the money at all. Between the poor service, broken payment machine, lack of basic customer attention, and food bad enough to throw away, I would strongly recommend saving your money and going somewhere else. read more

I went here at about 6:45 today and got one burrito and an app sampler (along with some snacks) and left with my food and found 3 chicken strips in a container instead of the app sampler. My gf was looking forward to the food but I still understand a mistake can happen. 2/5 stars. read more

Solid sheetz location. It's nice being right off the turnpike and service is usually fast for food and gas. People are bad at driving around the parking lot so look out. The MTO food is pretty good I have no complaints for gas station food. The fried food, subs, and hot dogs are all fine choices. They always have a good selection of drinks. read more

This Sheetz is pretty busy it seems on most days, but more so on a Sunday. Showed up here to grab a few quick drinks and snacks. Not sure what happened in the short time it took me to get to the coolers in the back and back up to the registers, but there ended up being a rather long line. Most times I wouldn't care either way when it comes to a line, but when you are holding four bottles of cold drinks and your arms start to go numb, you start to care. Ended up that only one person was running the registers, even though there were multiple other people that could have stepped in to help even if it were for a few minutes. However this did not happen and the line continued to grow. So much so that it was now from the registers back to the coolers. Kind of blocking an entrance as well. Once I did reach the register, I was happy to feel my arms again. Not sure if the employee working the register was having a bad day, but didn't really seem to listen when I asked for something and almost gave me the wrong item. The lot outside was a bit of a mess as well. Heavy congestion from the many people using the pumps to the amount of people inside the store. Not the best Sheetz I have been to, but definitely not the worst either. read more

Convenience store with gas station and made to order food and decent restrooms makes this a good place to stop. Recently they added the ability to purchase beer and wine. PA law currently requires a seating area to comply with the alcohol sales. So, there is now a nice seating area inside to eat. It's nice to have an alternative to eating in the car if you're too hungry to wait. This location is extremely busy most days and I urge you to drive slowly and don't drive like a douche. Pedestrians are walking to and from the pumps and they may have kids with them. They have a couple spots for large oversized vehicle and/or trailers, so that is nice. PS: there is a special counter to order alcohol from. You will see plexiglass mounted to the counter. read more

If there isn't a get go or Mcds I know my days going to start off bad getting coffee here. No half an half creamer. Seriously If you want coffee stop somewhere else On s positive note the sandwiches are really good and gas is competitive but the rest of the prices are high. read more

I've refused to give this a rating unless I have to to post this my husband and son and nephew went into the store to eat they had to clean off their own table to sit down and eat some Karen working there today decided at about 12:25 that she was going to dial 911 and lied to dispatch and say that my husband was throwing ice cubes around the dining area when the police showed up they said they were even afraid to approach my husband and son and crew do to the fact of their size I know that's why they're all over 6'2 my husband's 6'7 they look intimidating but they're a bunch of big teddy bears at any rate this Karen called the police and lied to dispatch to have them sent out this could have went South fast I called corporate and let them know and told corporate you need to get to her before I can legally they took that as a threat I said if she does this to somebody else you guys can be held liable I don't think they care so basically what I'm telling you is they got a Karen work in there who will dial 911 and fabricate a story against you to have you put out of there so she don't have to do her job whoever she is I cannot wait to speak to the manager tomorrow and get this rectified because she needs to be fired I know damn well she's over 18 years of age and she knows what she did was dead wrong but I think she needs to learn a bigger lesson like being sued simile for this and having a chunk of change taken out of her pocket so she knows never to do something like this again I will be seeing you Karen whoever you are because when I get those subpoenaed records from 911 dispatch I'm going to know who you are and what your name is because you have to give it to them when you're calling so like I said I'm going to find out who you are Karen and then we're going to take you to court for what you did because you need to learn a lesson that you can't dial 911 and falsify claims to them unfortunately for you Karen my son was wearing a roll on ! It has been going downhill lately, but they ARE trying ! Some people there seem to be working their butts off. Hard to say why it faultered for a spell, but it isn't the same as it was yet. The coffee is worse and that routine is all messed up. The left hand don't know what the right hand is doin' sometimes, but they seem to trying. read more

Mmmm. Sheetz. When I'm visiting home, its pretty much guaranteed that I'm going to be stopping at Sheetz to get a sandwich at some point during my visit. As far as gas station food is concerned, this place blows Wawa out of the wawater (heh heh, couldn't help myself). Cheap and pretty fresh. The only other gas station that has better MTO's in my opinion is Get Go. This location in particular is nice, usually really clean, and pretty prompt. read more

Who doesn't love Sheetz? Yummy food, numerous drink options, and gas all in one place! What more do you really need? This location is super close to my office so it's usually where I stop in the morning for coffee, breakfast, or a quick lunch. I recently had a not so good experience with their new salads but I brought the questionable salad back to them and the manager was so kind and apologetic. She really went out of her way to make it right with me, which I appreciate! Even though it was a horrible experience, she made up for it! Food usually is done quickly no matter what time of day, and the cashiers always work through the line fast. In the morning when I'm there for coffee, there is always a gentlemen that is diligently stocking and keeping the coffee and creamer areas super clean. I love seeing that! Super rude employees. After waiting 20 minutes for food, a chicken sandwich and some fries, I asked if it was close to being made. It hadn't been started. They tried saying someone else had taken it, but I was literally standing there the entire time. No apologies, none from the manager either. Also the store had several maskless customers milling around, nothing was said or done. read more

Stopped in the other day for gas (of course), but no food or snacks. Pump was actually accurate (one non-Sheetz near me is about 15% over everytime). No waiting to fuel. Amenities for air and such. Pump under cover which is fine if there is not a wind! read more

Sheetz is fine - a decent convenience store & quickly-prepared food (I've never tried). A lot of items to pick from. On the gas side, the station is very large; maybe 40 pumps, so generally no waiting to fill-up. The pumps are under cover, so protection from precip & harsh sun. There is also free air for tires. But note - they're the first station to raise their gas price when oil prices are trending up & among the last to lower them, when the price is falling. I live very near-by & rarely go there. It's also very close from the Hampton/Gibsonia turnpike exit. read more

We have been to this Sheetz many times and we tried to order food tonight and they had "out of order" signs on all of their registers. The people waiting for their good said they were not out of offer they were just 30 mins behind their orders and were not accepting any new orders at this time. Very disappointed read more

Food is always pretty good. Customer service is usually okay. It usually takes them at least 10 minutes to get my food though, so it's not good if you're in a hurry. read more

A convenient and fast gas/diesel station that also makes a pretty good sandwich right off the turnpike. For those traveling with dogs, there is a small, narrow, but great backyard to give your dog a chance to stretch its legs and even play with a ball if your dog is okay with voice control. read more
