For years, my husband and I have visited this GetGo location, mostly to purchase gas for our vehicle and sometimes to buy snacks and beverages in the cafe. GetGo's prices for gas are similar to what other gas stations charge, but my husband likes to use his Giant Eagle "fuelperks" to get discounts on our premium gas here. We have not experienced any problems with using the gas pumps or our credit cards. The cafe serves foods such as breakfast sandwiches, jalapeno poppers, pretzels, salads, wraps, submarine sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, fries, chicken tenders, burgers, quesadillas, pizzas, and off-the-shelf snacks and beverages. Prices are reasonable.

PA law currently requires a seating area to comply with the alcohol sales. So, there is now a nice seating area inside to eat. It's nice to have an alternative to eating in the car if you're too hungry to wait. This location is extremely busy most days and I urge you to drive slowly and don't drive like a douche. Pedestrians are walking to and from the pumps and they may have kids with them. They have a couple spots for large oversized vehicle and/or trailers, so that is nice. PS: there is a special counter to order alcohol from. You will see plexiglass mounted to the counter.

It was extremely salty, overcooked, greasy, and tasted burnt to the point that I ended up throwing most of it away after paying nearly $15 for the meal. They also didn't include napkins, which became a problem immediately because the sandwich was dripping grease. What made the experience worse was the customer service at the register. The cashier's name started with a "K" (I can't remember the exact spelling). I walked up with my order ticket ready to pay, and she continued having a conversation with a coworker in the kitchen area while I stood there waiting. She looked back at me multiple times but continued the conversation instead of acknowledging me. After standing there awkwardly for far longer than I should have, I finally said "Good evening" just to break the silence and make it clear I was waiting to pay. Her response was simply, "Sup," delivered loudly and aggressively, as if I was bothering her by being there. From that point forward, the entire interaction felt irritated and hostile for absolutely no reason. Even basic communication came across dismissive and rude, like helping a customer was somehow an inconvenience to her. Then the card machine apparently wasn't working correctly, and I was told to use tap pay instead. I was looking for the normal tap symbol most people are used to seeing, and instead of simply explaining it politely, she sharply pointed out where it was in a tone that again felt impatient and unnecessarily aggressive. Ironically, the only employee who showed any professionalism or politeness the entire time was the woman preparing the food -- which is unfortunate because the food itself was terrible. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly not worth the money at all. Between the poor service, broken payment machine, lack of basic customer attention, and food bad enough to throw away, I would strongly recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.

We did not have to wait in line for long before an employee printed our lottery tickets and took our payment. I thought that this Sheetz was smaller than many other Sheetz. However, it is open 24 hours per day 7 days per week, and it sells several types of fuel, made-to-order foods, convenience-store items, and some alcohol. A small parking lot is outside.

My husband and I visited this Sheetz to purchase snacks and beverages for a road trip. I thought that the selection of foods and beverages was OK, but I would preferred to see healthier options. To pay, we used the self-checkout. The machine worked correctly to scan our items and to use our credit card. We did not interact with any employees, so I cannot comment on their level of customer service.

The pharmacy center have always been kind and switched my prescription once when I accidentally had it filled at a different CVS.
