Had put my rewards card in clear view for her to scan; which she didn't and then had the nerve to say to me she's no mind reader and I should have told her I was using my card! What? Shouldn't she have asked if I had a reward card and if I didn't offer to enroll me in their rewards program? Maybe it's the time I go in there but typically no one is behind the counter they are huddled in the back area by the slot machines chatting. There are a couple of nice guys that work there but for the most part they are rude and devoid of personality and definitely give off a vibe of not caring about the customer; weird!
