My daughter had long, beautiful, healthy ringlet curls that fell past her shoulders. That hair is now gone. Instead of a trim Raylein the older lady , cut inches off her hair, completely ignoring our instructions. What my daughter is left with is a misshapen, uneven haircut with random lengths everywhere. She now has what look like accidental bangs that are far too short, while the back is noticeably longer--giving her hair an unintentional mullet-like shape. I can't even put her hair into a ponytail anymore. It looks absolutely awful, and there is no fixing it--the damage is done. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of accountability and customer service. I was told I would need to return to the salon in person to receive a refund, which is completely unreasonable after what was done. I should not have to go out of my way after my child's hair was ruined due to someone else's negligence. This was supposed to be a special milestone moment, and instead it has been turned into a heartbreaking experience. My daughter's beautiful hair is ruined, and it will take years to grow back. This salon clearly does not listen to parents, does not respect instructions, and should never be trusted with children's hair. If you care about your child's hair, do not come here. If you're okay with your child leaving with an uneven, butchered haircut that cannot be fixed, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, beware. This is hands down the worst haircut experience I've ever had, and I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

That's not manageable for the frequency of maintaining little boys' styles for us.
