Ashley kept us feeling safe with masks and the building had good safety protocols. She made both my tween and teen feel comfortable and did a great job with all of our hair. Actually, Grey Salon Studio was my first choice but the other salon I tried first was recommended, so I gave it a shot. Cut was fine but color was dark on top and light on bottom. Kind of like an ombre but without the fade. By the time I got in to see Veronica at Grey Salon Studio, my color had lightened a bit but still wasn't right. Veronica fixed it, easily and beautifully. And gave me a terrific cut with much needed body and a more current style. BTW, I am horrible at styling my hair. I was unpleasantly surprised that my stylist had raised her prices. And I was shocked that I was charged tax on my visit--I've never seen tax on such a service. Or was it a credit card fee?
