The initial consultation is over $200, I requested food allergy testing but instead of ordering a comprehensive panel, he sent me for a preliminary test, charged me $150 for another office visit, only to be told that he needed to order the test I actually requested in the first place. When Dr S called to go over the results... they charged me $89 and told me at the end of the visit that the company that provided the test gives a free 30 min consultation to discuss the results... Another completely unnecessary charge! To top it all off, they gave me a list of questions to ask my insurance carrier to ensure the food allergy test was covered, it appeared to be but somehow I wound up paying $280 for that as well.. This was a really expensive way to confirm I was allergic to milk!! I love the naturpathic approach but this place seems unethical!!

My insurance doesn't pay for it, but I'll take that over a 5 min apt with a GP on my insurance plan that rights off my conditions to "getting older" rather than trying to find the root of the problem. He is big on testing, particularly food and it can be expensive, however after getting tested and staying away from the many, many foods I have intolerances to, I am feeling so much better. I feel like I'm gaining control over my health again. Dr Sadilek is not just holistic, but also uses traditional means as well, so I feel like I'm getting a well rounded view of my health. Plus, he's just pleasant to be around and I feel heard when I talk to him about my concerns rather than rushed and brushed off as I've felt with doctors in the past. Five stars!

He's been so good to me and wonderful in helping make great decisions. He's counseled me on weight to blood pressure and made sure medical issues are all good and done. I so respect and appreciate Dr. Lowenstein for his wonderful medical knowledge, sober reminder of making good choices and basically his friendship. We've been known to share vacation locations and his knowledge of Alaska is fabulous. If you're looking for somebody to kiss your ass--keep looking. But if you're looking for someone to kick your ass and make you better medically--Dr. Lowenstein is your guy. He's been fabulous to me.

She gave me Azithromiacin and took a chest xray. She told me he would see the results and contact me. The next day I saw the xray came back PNEUMONIA, BOTH LOWER LOBES. I assumed Dr Martinez would call me because I wasn't doing any better. I left a message, and I couldn't get a response from him.But a young, under qualified "assistant " i told me to let them know in three days if I didn't feel any better. Lucky for me, I knew something was terribly wrong, and then so we went immediately to the ER. The PNEUMONIA had set off SEVERE AFIB. My heart rate was 180 bpm for FIVE DAYS! EIGHT PEOPLE we're waiting on me in the ar trying to and they were working out those deep make sure I didn't die. Not ONE WORD from a Martinez!! I ended up with TWO CARDIOVERSIONS & have to wear a cardiovest for THREE MONTHS! I'm taking MANY DRUGS to let's try and keep my heart at a proper rhythm. I NOW HAVE HEART DAMAGE!
