Not happy with that level of unconcern on their behalf, when I on the other hand with my imagination all over the map beyond miserable waiting. During that time my home sold and I'm moving back to my home state. I kept the follow up appointment but I will continue my care elsewhere. Dr Klein is a sweet caring Physician. I highly recommend him. His staff, depending who you get answering the phone will or can be helpful. Often you're sent to a VM or not answering at all. That happened to me several times. Again I liked Klein a lot.

Fully covered. And instead of automatically correcting the overpayment once insurance processed the claim, this office just... keeps the money unless you call and demand it back. Let that sink in. They will not issue refunds automatically. The patient has to catch the mistake and call. How many patients never even realize they were overcharged? How many people assume the office knows what it's doing and trust the bill? This office handles insurance claims every single day. They know how preventive services are billed. They know preventive screenings are covered at 100%. Pretending confusion or acting like this is some unpredictable insurance mystery is insulting. This isn't a rare coding anomaly -- it's routine, standard billing. Patients shouldn't have to audit their own medical bills to make sure a provider isn't sitting on their money. If you overcharge, you fix it. Automatically. Period. If you go here, scrutinize every single bill and compare it to your EOB. Apparently, that's the only way to make sure you're not quietly overpaying.

Mentioned, she was out of the office and that there could be another doctor that could see me so then I had the practice manager Victoria Herget call me and I was telling her how this doctor yells at patients in the appointments says that they're questions about their own medical stuff should not be asked in the appointment that that's not what it's for and so the practice manager Victoria Herget said that her yelling at me was just Dr bortuzzo HOT ITALIAN WAY OF SPEAKING so basically saying at that facility it's ok that patients get yelled at and blamed for the doctors or even assistance negligents so I would say , if you're going to see Dr bortuzzo or even going to this facility, you should record all interactions.Especially when practice managers call you too cause that's what I did and then I got a phone call saying they don't take my insurance anymore

Well guess what, I went to another G.I. got some blood tests, CT scan, and it was something bigger. If you want someone who will miss something, go to this doc. If you want someone who will listen to you, advocate for you, go to any other doctor. I only took this appointment because it was the first one available, I'd recommend anyone to wait for another doctor, even if it's another one in the same clinic.
