So I took my bike here about a month ago and asked for a tuneup Mike did a great job and text me if a couple of days later let me know the bike is ready and when I receive the bike back it felt like it was a brand new bicycle.Mike did an excellent job taking care of all the cables and make sure it was greased and made roadworthy. Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable about bicycles and repairs. I would highly recommend this place as it is new to the East Nashville area but it's a great shop that they've done a complete remodel. A great place to rent or to buy a bicycle I highly recommend it great selection. I'm sure if they don't have it they can probably get it for you. The shop is closed Monday and Tuesday's and limited hours on the weekend as it just getting started I'm sure at some point they may extend hours. great addition glad to have around. read more

This is a cute small bike shop in one of my favorite parts of town and right next to Shelby park where i usually bike. I went in for a tune up quote and also wanted to see if I could pay to borrow a bike pump. They let me use their pump for free and let me take it out to my car so I wouldn't have to bring my bike down. Their selection looks great and it's curated. The people who work here were polite and friendly and definitely know their stuff. For the tune up they recommend booking it in advance as they get filled up. read more

I was on the search for a bike and tried several local bike shops. I just wish I would have come here first! Some of the other shops I visited tried to push me into bikes just because they had them on hand. These guys really listened and took the time to help me find the right one for me...and on my budget! We ended up doing a special order so I could get the color I wanted, but it only took about a week. They were really responsive and kept me updated while I waited. Just a complete 5 star experience. I also took an old bike to them that was having some gear issues. I had just gotten it back from another local shop that charged me for a tune up but didn't fix the problem I brought it in for. These guys found the problem right away and fixed it inexpensively. Works great now! Do yourself a favor...go here first and skip the shopping charade! read more

What a fantastic, community-focused shop. The technicians are incredibly personable and dedicated to resolving issues. Whenever I have taken either of my bikes in I was incredibly happy with the customer service. Ethan went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem with my e-bike, even going so far as to speak with the technician of the bike company to help solve the issue. He knew I did not live in the neighborhood and dropped what he was doing to fix my bike while I waited. This is hands down my preferred Nashville bike shop and I will continue to use it even though I do not live near-by. They also give good advice on different biking equipment they sell. I took in two bikes to be repaired, one I bought myself and the other one a cousin gave to me. I don't know much, if not anything at all, about bikes so I appreciated the fact that right off the bat he told me why the road bike I had brought in (the one my cousin gave me) wouldn't suit me (the bike was meant for someone at least 6ft tall, yikes, lol).
