That was the first thing he had an attitude about........which I just told him to park on the paved part of the driveway. When he entered, he immediately got angry. He left and said he wasn't going to fix it, that there wasn't enough room. I offered to move it further back where there was room, but he said he wasn't going to work on "damn pee pads," and stormed out. He didn't even give me a chance to pull up the pee pads (I have an older blind dog, and another one with heart failure). This attitude and conduct wasn't necessary. All he had to do was work with me and let me pull up the pads and push the bike back there. Maybe I expect too much, but I just wanted the bike fixed and I didn't need his judgmental, immature, unprofessional attitude. He needs to be trained to work in any conditions and just do his job. I'm a Marine Corps disabled veteran, and I know that the main objective is to accomplish your mission. This guy shouldn't have any job around people and shame on the management for hiring him.

I came in to return two clearly defective items for store credit bc I already purchased the replacements (as seen in my lululemon app). Instead of helpful service, I was told by the manager Collin--repeatedly--that "it's policy" to only do even exchanges, with no explanation. When I tried to express my concerns, he accused me of "having an attitude." Another manager, Brantley/Berkley, then approached in an intimidating manner that made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. He stood watching over me with his arms crossed just to try and intimidate me -- just for returning items that don't live up to their quality! After finally giving me replacements, Collin cut the tags off the new items in front of me, again claiming it was "policy." I've shopped at Lululemon for two decades and have never seen this. When I asked to keep my original tag (as proof of purchase, which I paid for), he refused. I have video of the interaction, and the entire experience felt disrespectful and punitive. Lululemon, this is unacceptable for a company that value ls community, inclusive and basic customer service. Customers deserve transparency and basic respect--neither of which I received today.

We decided on one (a Haro) and even though it was above what I was looking to spend, the customer service on a cold call from someone random was top-notch. They even went out of their way to special order a white basket for the front of the bike and mounted it. My daughter has been riding it every day since we got it. Their bike tech Stephen was great on the phone when I described what she wanted in a basket. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageous, and the customer service I experienced was on another level. If you're looking for something that will last your kids many years, I highly recommend coming here.

The store was late opening -- I had an appointment at opening time, as did another couple -- and once inside, we were treated to an employee feud over who had to take the first appointments. Lots of drama and side eye. So glad I got out of bed on Saturday morning for this. Said me never. Many years ago, I worked retail in a mall. Two retail jobs in two malls, to be precise. In dinosaur days, we kept the employee feuds in the back, away from the customers. "Don't bring it to the floor," as one of my managers used to say. Good times! On the upside, the person who drew the short straw and had to help me gave me some good tips on bike settings, and she fixed my rattling cleats so they don't rattle anymore.

I asked the front desk, they then asked the Manager and was told that it was company policy that the hooks are for the mats, not intended to hang members towels on.. so I asked can the matts be placed somewhere else? Answer was no.. I asked if the mats were cleaned with soap and disinfected to insure that all bacteria was removed from the mats nightly and got a blank stare in reply.... Over the past two weeks management still has this policy in place for I personally have seen the mats hanging from the hooks outside shower stalls.

She was able to pull a few sample insoles, allow me to try them on, gave me the details of each, and when I landed on a pair, she trimmed them for me. She was engaged, helpful and super friendly. The store is pretty good size, possibly the largest of the brand in the metro area. I enjoyed wandering around, I like the feet scans and love that they have a dedicated clearance room! Overall, since I have started running, Fleet Feet has become one of my favorite stores, and this location is a good reason why!

I know it's not always possible to get individual pointers on form or alternate exercises if you're avoiding repeat injuries, so when it does happen it sure makes me extra grateful they took the time to offer suggestions and time to help. I also notice a huge difference in the coaches that are friendly and seem like they WANT to be there, and Bird was definitely personable and intentional and seemed excited/happy to BE THERE. I saw him checking in with so many people there today, not just me. Also the surge times written out on the whiteboard were sooooo helpful with the tread50 template today! Again, one of the best experiences here at OTF Brentwood and at OTF in general. I felt the same way when I had my first class with Fury here at OTF Brentwood. So wonderful! I really like going to this OT but only for a couple outstanding coaches. There is one female coach…read moresome mornings that seems to have a super sorority attitude and it seems like it's only toward some women. I don't need drama or to deal with someone's insecurities when I'm trying to workout. Also, I think one of the front desk girls need business and customer service training to understand how to treat paying customers. Customers pay salaries and can choose to take their money elsewhere at any moment.
