Jay, Timothy and the entire staff come across as enthusiasts who are also committed professionals. I rode several bikes when I was there and got an idea what to consider. I didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot, and Jay cheerfully answered any questions I had as I was doing my research. After the purchase, I had a minor problem with one of the tubeless tires I had requested. Jay and the team jumped right on it, addressed the issue, and also talked me through what was going on and how it all works. I really appreciate that approach - I want to know all I can about my bike, and they are happy to educate me. This is a high-quality, super sturdy adult trike that he showed me how to adjust the seat and handlebars, etc., had me ready to roll in minutes. So thrilled I was able to purchase from a local merchant and support business, even though I had to drive from Franklin to Murfreesboro to do so. I took my new wedding heels in to get them shortened. First time, all they did was add new black…read moretips on the bottom. Took them back in after I measured at home, and they were same exact 3" heels. They apologized for the confusion and said they'd fix it and have them shortened in a couple days. I'm gonna try and post a picture so you can see as well...but they're STILL 3". so upset at them for not only lying to me, but charging me $20 for that and the pads I bought. They should be reimburse me full cost and gas to drive there twice. So deceptive it makes my stomach turn. And they made me feel like I was stupid!

I was a little apprehensive due to previous reviewers saying the woman that works there is rude but I didn't find her to be rude at all. Very sweet lady! Only took a week for my jeans to be done and wasn't too bad on the pricing, $22 each pair if I remember right which is probably standard pricing for the current economy. Will be back for future services if I need more alterations on my clothing!

I will never use this shop again. Took a dress in to be hemmed on Wed. morning Oct. 11 for an event…read moreon Sat. Oct. 21. The seamstress asked for the date of our event and said to pick it up by 5 p.m. on Friday Oct 20. The store is closed on the weekend. I went to pick it up at 3 because 5 felt like was cutting it too close to closing time. She looked for the dress and said it wasn't hemmed yet! When I said the dress had been there over a week, she gave excuses--no other workers, she was busy and working hard, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, and that I shouldn't have come before 5 p.m. and shouldn't be so ugly about it.I was being civil to her but said she should have told me if there was a problem when I brought the dress in. I said I could wait. She told me I could take the dress as is or come back at 5, and again said I shouldn't be so ugly. So I said I'd be back at 5. At 3:27 she left me a message that I could pick up the dress, after I had driven home across town. When my daughter , granddaughter and I went to pick it up, the seamstress told my granddaughter she worked the dress in because of the event date. My daughter thanked her for doing so and said she looked busy. She responded that some people don't understand that. I took that as a reference to me. So don't try to pick up your item a minute early, no matter how long it's been at this shop, because she will wait until the last minute to do your alteration.
