So when I made there was not going to wait because they would process my firearm I waited for a hour no one called finally I went up there the customer service was very poor. And no help at all. Number one the transfer fee was 75dollars. Then they charged. 10dollars for a background. Then charged 8dollars for a convenience Fee which came out to be 92.44. Then turn around and made me sign a waiver just to pick up my firearm. i own over 10 firearms but this is the only gun shop I had to sign a waiver. Not to mention this people act as if they don't want anything to do with black peoples. And treat you like it's all about the green money. I would never get another firearm transferred her nor do business with racist again. Just sad really sad. and they will let you see it. The average Gun store charges 30-50 for a transfer fee. They charge double the price and service is the wrost I every seen in my life

We met a fellow named Cooper in the showroom and handed him copies of two boats in their inventory that we wanted to see. He walked us up to the first one, and, without so much as a word, disappeared. We poked around for a few minutes as he directed other employees that were bringing boats into the showroom (it was about 45 minutes from closing time) and it was clear after about 15 minutes that he had no interest in showing us the other boat we had come to see, or in answering our questions. I had $45k burning a hole in my pocket, but i promise I'll never leave a dime of it at this place.
