Apparently he did not want me going inside of the store and decided to get my attention to use the smaller window on the outside of the building for whatever reason I asked him is the inside not open or can I not come in? I'm not quite too sure still why he did that because once I told him I needed a drink from inside and he saw my 100$ bill then he came around the counter to unlock and open the door... but I got a little weirded out and left instead, because I don't know what he was trying to do. It was weird he then left the door open after I left instead of locked like how it was when I walked up. Idk if it's a discrimination thing because I have my PJS on , but definitely be careful coming here.

The savings is great running anywhere from $.30 or more per gallon less than area gas stations which when you're talking about a 15 to 20 gallon fill is substantial. I love the fact that you could just go and get gas and be gone. No other distractions no other issues. It's just simply a gas station. Sometimes the long gets the line gets long there which I totally understand, but if you can hit at a time where you can literally drive up to the pump or just wait for one or two people to clear you are in gasoline heaven

I have a membership with Rapids Express and love that I can go to any of their locations. I think getting a membership is definitely worth it if you get your car washed at least three times a month. Car was does a pretty good job and I just have the cheapest membership. They have many spots where you can dry your car and vacuum. I would definitely recommend.

When I parked to dry it off, I noticed that the machine had broken my rear wiper arm. I immediately informed the employees, and they were very helpful and professional. They explained the process, took my information, and said they would review the camera footage to determine what happened and how to proceed with a repair or replacement. I appreciated their cooperation and quick response at that moment. However, about two weeks later, a manager from their main office called and told me that there was nothing they could do. They said they followed all protocols, including taping the wiper before washing, and therefore were not responsible. While I understand that policy, this situation was beyond my control, and I expected a bit more customer care. The part costs around $50, which isn't a big deal, but losing a loyal customer over such a "small" amount seems counterproductive. I've been paying about $30 per month (roughly $360 per year), and would have continued if they had gone above and beyond to make things right. I'm disappointed that Rapids chose policy over customer satisfaction. A simple gesture of customer care could have kept me as a happy, long-term customer.
