I have had my car detailed at Tommy's Car Wash several times while visiting home during the…read moreholidays. I have also used the self-serve carwash and vaccuum. Firstly, I am very impressed by the actual detailing and cleaning job that was done. I couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust that was left behind. Great attention to detail...couldn't have asked for a better job! The self-serve carwash option is also a lot of fun. I enjoyed cleaning my car and trying out all the different options as well. It's affordable and a good option for those who take pride in washing their baby. There are also vaccuums available for cleaning the interior of the car, and they sell products that you can use for wiping down etc. Secondly, the service was friendly and the staff were very helpful in explaining packages and products. A shuttle service was provided while the car was being cleaned, which was very convenient. I found the rates to be reasonable and competitive for the services being offered. Overall, a great experience. I will be back!

He started to get really agitated and angrily said, this is not a car, it is a SUV and from there on it went down the hill. He has a very bad attitude and does not want to listen to any reasoning. A car is a vehicle with four wheels which can seat small number of people. Google it. An SUV is a kind of car. I would have given this place ZERO stars if I could!

They got the colour, tint % and install all wrong. when I went back to have things corrected I was basically told "that's how it is", "you can't match factory tint", "I've never had anyone complain" there was no resolution other than to come back another day to have the tint removed and he refused to refund me my money. I ended up taking to another shop and had the job completed perfectly. The other shop knew it was Vipers horrible tint and install before I even said anything! I would avoid this place at all cost, there are other affordable places in town to get a really good job done for the same price.
