Is it like a "dine and dash" sort of situation? Are people attempting to wash their cars with your squeegees? Awful first time experience! The first time I come to this store. Liz (Elizabeth) was extremely…read morerude and dismissive over a plastic bag. I did have several items but I never get plastic bags and I didn't ask. She didn't ask if I wanted one and then was asking me to pay for the bags. Simple, I just took the items out of the bag. Plus, I was paying with EBT so I should not have been charged for the bags. I asked her what was wrong, not being rude or disrespectful, she said just get out. I asked her why she was upset when I didn't do anything to her and she said to never come back to the store. Like...WHAT?!! I did nothing. I just didn't want the plastic bags. My husband and I went in for snacks and sweet tea on our way home. I talked to the manager and he seemed to not care. He kept making excuses for her which is unacceptable. He said he would look at the camera to see what happened. While I was talking to him, she, Liz, was smiling and rolling her eyes, again, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Why even hire people like her to push away first time customers? She barely said a word, and when she did she was extremely inappropriate.
