The fueling area is generally well-maintained - clean and operational. Some stations seem to have perennial problems with out-of-order pumps or empty windshield washing supplies and so on... I don't recall ever running into such a problem here. When I go inside to grab a snack or drink, I've always received good service from the attendant - definitely a step above the average attendants at some other stations I've been to.

I've always ran hot, like an aged thunderbird. I just had to sample the various succulent provenders that act as end caps to the enabling aisles of over consumption, Tis the American way and I for one, am a true patriot. People call me Americas sweetheart. At any rate, I now can wipe relentlessly without worry of depleting my supply of rumpus papyrus. And I've got my dogs with me for the next 30 minutes. When I sought a refund, the membership desk staff insisted I should have stored the foul-smelling, rotten meat in my freezer and transported it back in my personal vehicle to prove the claim. When I questioned the hygiene and health risks of this request, the staff became dismissive and confrontational. While I eventually secured a refund, the process was unnecessarily difficult and like pulling teeth for a loyal customer over a $40 item. Forcing members to handle biohazardous waste to satisfy a return policy is a significant health protocol oversight. I hope management addresses the lack of professional judgment at this location.

Easy to pull your car in and maneuver as you need to. They have a bank of detail stations so you can vacuum your own car if you need to. There is also a Burger King here. The gas prices were in line with everywhere else nearby. The car was was great! Our car looked brand new when we were done and it is way better than the car wash by our house. We will definitely be back.

A bathroom stall has been out of order for over three days. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to get the TP out of the remaining stall dispenser, while the two employees are gabbing at the kitchen while I appeared to be the only customer at 1:15 am. Pumps are often not working and run out of receipt paper. Sadly, a strawberry blonde night manager was the last straw. After angrily telling her my situation, she became hyper defensive and out of line with absolutely no people skills whatsoever. That inspired me to write this post!!!
