Our new home does not allow for RV's of any kind to be pulled into the neighborhood. We were kind of in a pickle and really didnt know how we were going to wash our rig thats been sitting for a year. Looked around at some truck washes and it seemed like no one really wanted to help. I was going to give up and saw this place and thought well lets just drive by and see if one of their wash bays would be big enough to wash it there. We swung by and parked, went to check the specs, and the owner came out and made us feel comfortable about washing the rig there. The wash bay cleared the rig with no problems and now shes all clean. I just so happened to be visiting Matthews after a recent move and when I pulled up was having troubles with the payment machine due to my error...and a sweet guy name Phil came to assist me.... but the funny thing about it was I had been going there on their monthly special for sometime now over a year and just the fact that he knew me and was asking where had I been? I mean it was just so nice to know that the old Customer Service still stands strong where businesses knew all of their patrons by face or name...THANK YOU so much Phil for being so cordial and kind and making my day! Every part of what this car wash offers is ACTUALLY all available 24/7 which is hard to find these days and its been impossible for me to make it to other car washes before closing which most around here close at 8-9 pm and start turning off the vacuums and lights like a whole hour before that on top of that!! Super helpful and convenient system for the wash part with great variety of options to use however you want or need to like different soaps / coatings/ cleaners / and if I remeber correctly I could be wrong, one of the things in the wash along with the pressure washer and soap sprayer, there's also a brush in there on a hose that sprays soap directly from the bristles as you go if you want it to. You have to use coins to pay for the time but they have something there already just for that where you can put cash in and get coins for the cash to use. And side note it was surprisingly a lot cheaper than I expected it to be and compared to other self serve washes. Mini store type vending machines there with all kinds of towels/ rags/wipes/ car cleaning wipes / protectors/ car interior stuff / air fresheners etc. And the vacuums actually work great have strong succ and even have options on them as well like scents and stuff the vacuum has for while you're using it in the car. Private area with a bunch of extra room on all sides of the entire property and just perfect. NOW- the reason I gave it 4 star instead of 5 and this is a pretty bad con and is so upsetting considering the place would be seriously perfect if it wasn't for this one super bad downside which is... the roaches yall. There's a lot of cock roaches running in and out of the grates in the ground and just everywhere you look. Not necessarily like infested but enough to make you not even feel comfortable using the vacuum because you're worried about one crawling into your car with a door open. Ugh it's one of the worst downsides there could be and I have an irrational fear of bugs especially roaches like unfortunately that dilemma has prevented me from going back there a few times when I wanted to sooo bad. A good extermination or something would make a huge difference in having a lot of repeat customers and new ones because that just throws off an otherwise awesome spot. I've only ever been at night maybe it's not a problem in the daytime I wouldn't know but I see there's no reviews on this place and I feel very strongly about it and went ham with a crazy long review. I travel at least 20 minutes to use this location because it's clean, the attendants are focused, it's spacious, and it doesn't feel confined. They told me that they were going to be able to get the water spots out. I got the car back Saturday mind you it was there from 8 AM. No one ever called me and I went there at 5:45 and my car was parked off to the side. and they never got the water spots out. Also the car was never vacuumed on inside or vacuumed on the seats or seats. Cleanne and I pay $246 and I have the nerve to give me only $88 back don't ever go to that place. Save your a head ache. Terrible Customer Service and the place has no phone number. You're calling the office and they don't answer your phone calls. They may call you back the worst ever.
