I have a Chevrolet Silverado Lt Black I got a referral to go to this place for a detail to get water spots out of my car. I took it there the day before the appointment. They told me that they were going to be able to get the water spots out. I got the car back Saturday mind you it was there from 8 AM. No one ever called me and I went there at 5:45 and my car was parked off to the side. and they never got the water spots out. Also the car was never vacuumed on inside or vacuumed on the seats or seats. Cleanne and I pay $246 and I have the nerve to give me only $88 back don't ever go to that place. Save your a head ache. Terrible Customer Service and the place has no phone number. You're calling the office and they don't answer your phone calls. They may call you back the worst ever. read more

My initial experience with Dilworth was disappointing. I paid $91.00 with additional tip for a basic exterior & interior cleaning of a SUV. I returned the next day bc the windshield and cargo compartment were not cleaned. The gentleman who greeted me found the interior cleaning of my vehicle unacceptable and attempted to rectify the issue. A couple of days later, I was searching under the front seat as I dropped my keys. I discovered this area wasn't vacuumed. Just paid $300 for elite interior detailing. For 4 hours I guess I was expecting more than I could do myself in 2. There were many obvious areas missed that I took care of myself with a simple wipe down including visors and inside door handles and around the steering wheel. And the crevices of the seats were full of dirt, which just rationally pulling apart and vacuuming would have solved. Did they not have the proper tools? Not sure, but I turned down a mobile service for $250 to support my local business. Expensive lesson learned. read more

I came here on Sunday for the first time and had a pretty positive experience- I got a standard car wash which ended up being $15 to just go through the car wash, no additional services ($12 but they charge an extra $2 for vans/SUVs). They come up to your car to ask what service you would like- a bit confusing on how the other workers know what service you ordered because they don't give you a receipt or anything to prove the service you paid for, so if i got anymore then the standard I'm not sure how it would've worked. They have a wide range of services including interior and exterior, the prices I found on the website match with the menu I saw at the car wash. I got a mini detail which included an exterior wash, interior clean and condition of my leather seats. I am pleased with the outcome but annoyed by a couple things. When I got there, one of the employees told me he would drive my car through the car wash, which I thought was odd as the guy in front of me (the owner of the car) drove his car through the car wash who also got a detail afterwards. I also noticed as I was putting things back in their place in my console that my Little Trees car freshener spray was missing. It's obviously cheap and easily replaceable but just a reminder to remove everything from your car. read more

The washes are sub-par but decent enough. Last 2 washes, my rims (full of brake dust) were not cleaned. When I asked for them to be cleaned, a manager said "that's all we can do for you...I have other customers waiting...cleaning rims is not included". Luckily another manager was there and apologized, but this should never happen. I expect to receive the full value of what I pay for...including clean rims. read more

Don't go here, the car wash is severely overpriced for what you receive. Paid $50 with tip to get a rinsed car and still dirty inside and outside. The wash was supposed to come with tire shine, interior cleaning and air freshener. After the wash was complete, I had to ask the boys there to give me the air freshener since they clearly hadn't. Then I had to ask them if they were going to do the tire shine... that's when they chose to tell me they were out and shrugged... Overall. Poor service for your dollar. Better off going to Autobell or just do it yourself. read more

My elderly parents took their 2017 Land Rover to DCW on May 26, 2024. On May 25, they had gone online and purchased the manager special and mini detail for a total cost of $91.16 and took the car in the following day for the services. When they arrived home, they realized the lower molding on the driver side door (which the dealership referred to as the "rock sliders") was no longer properly affixed to the car. It was dangling. They then checked the passenger side of the vehicle and found the molding on that side was missing entirely. They found it in the trunk of the vehicle. Rather than alert them to their error, DCW employees put the piece they had caused to come off the car in the trunk. My parents returned to the car wash to report the damage and request that the vehicle be repaired. No one was able to repair it but told them to take it to the dealership to repair. They did just that and the bill for repairing the damage done by DCW was $569.79. My parents returned to DCW on June 26, 2024 and spoke with the manager with the invoices and simply asked DCW to pay for the damage they had done. The manager said he would speak to his boss and be back in touch. They did not keep that commitment. As a result, I reached out the car wash on their behalf on July 22, 2024 and sent them formal letter with the the invoices and even links to videos where the dealership explained what had happened to the car (i.e. the molding on both sides was bent with the molding on the passenger side being bent so severely that it had to be replaced). Even after all of this hassle, I simply asked DCR to refund my parents the money they spent repairing the car and driving back and forth. They did not even bother to respond. Fortunately, I am an attorney and can file a suit in small claims court for them, but I think the bigger issue is people need to be aware of the type of treatment they will receive if they get their car washed at DCW and it is damaged due to DCW's negligence. Accountability is everything. When you make a mistake, you should fix it. It really is that simple. read more

I came here to get my car washed as it was recommended. They have several stations you go to in the process. I got the best package because my car needed some love and to be cleaned. You can tip in advance when you pay. First you pay and they put some soap on the car. You go through the car wash and they put stuff on your tires and the same person wipes it down. You can select an air freshener but there's is t an area to smell the scents offered. The air fresheners are pungent. I tried to smell the bottles but was politely told to put them down. They do not have a waiting area besides two chairs outside however it's way more than two people waiting at a typical time. They do not do anything for the trunk area like some of their competitors. My car was clean on the inside but not so clean when I walked around it on the outside after it was all done. It appeared to be the same for others not just myself. Staff were friendly. It was not my favorite experience and took a great deal of time just because they processes. I probably will not go here again unless I have no options. read more

I understand this place has been under new ownership for some time, but with the previous owners this was never an issue. If current owners are local or had reliable management- you only have one person on staff showing up in the morning ...one of you guys should be rolling up your sleeves and showing up here to help out. This isn't cool. I'm very disappointed- not because of the slow service this AM, but because clearly the new ownership/management is lacking. And the guy working this AM needs major recognition. I found them through Facebook and booked an appointment for a Ceramic Shield hand wash and mini detail for $100. As a first time customer whom is looking for a detail service for my fleet of rental cars I was not pleased with them at all. Apon arrival no one acknowledged me, it was hard to maneuver around their parking due to them doing work on the car wash, and the workers looked like they hated the place. Someone eventually told me where to park so I can be serviced next. Once they started my service the manager didn't check to see which wash I purchased, he assumed I got a basic wash and proceeded to do that. His workers didn't even use soap on my car, just water and moved it to be vacuumed and wiped down inside. I was sitting in the waiting area watching them interact with other customers with smiles and personality wondering why I didn't receive such a welcome. After about an hour they said your car is ready, to which I said no it isn't because no soap was used on my car, my rugs were not shampooed and my seats were not conditioned like I paid for. After about 10 minutes of back and forth and me showing my receipt for my pre paid services the manager gave me a fake smile and said oh I didn't check we will get to it. That was a slap in the face because it seems that they black serviced me and assumed that I was poor and could only afford a basic wash on a 2010 Chevy Malibu, not realizing that I rent out cars and that was one of the 7 I own. I watched them treat other people who drive newer cars and appeared higher in scale much differently than they treated me. After they completed the right service (soap included) they left some mysterious scratches on my back windows. All of my windows have just been tinted a week ago so no scratches or any imperfections were there prior to me getting my car washed. After 30 minutes another manager showed up and said he would review the cameras, another 20 minutes went by and he came and said he didn't see them do anything out of the normal. He gave a 50% off full detail coupon and said see you next time. No sir I won't spend my hard earned money here EVER again, it's unprofessional and the service on my vehicle was bad. DO NOT GO!! After changing management a few months back this place has drastically gone down hill. Today i waited for at least 45 minutes for a basic Inside/outside wash. Three cars that pulled up after me were finished before my car had been completed and when they told me it was ready they had just forgotten to open the back trunk (I drive an SUV) so nothing was vacuumed and the third row windows not cleaned. It seemed like the 6 workers were trying to waste time not cleaning vehicles. I don't typically spend the time to write reviews but I don't want others to to waste their time and money.
