Always at a good price (CostCo doesn't really make much on any merchandise the sell), and great value. If you see gas at a lower price nearby it's either a delay or just not a quality you really want to have :-) This location used to have slow times, now it's just busy all the time, every day. Great high-quality 93% octane (not 92 like at Thornton's) at the best gas price anywhere. Usually I go to the Ashland or Burbank locations, though I've been to the Oak Brook location. The one complaint--LOOOONG lines for gasoline! Well yesterday I was in Orland Park and I had to stop at Costco so when I was leaving I stopped to get gas. No long lines!!!!! The store and parking lot were packed, and this location has far fewer pumps than the other locations, but there were no long lines. Shhhhh.

This place was great! You drive in through the back, they seat you down in a clean and comfortable lounge area (with awesome wooden swings outside during nice weather). The oil change was quick, the staff was kind and respectful, they gave me an option of many different types of oil with NO pushiness, and you leave with coupons and a smile. Honestly, I'll drive out of my way to change my oil here. Still WAY cheaper than the dealer and WAY better!

I had an oil changed and the brakes repaired. At the check out time sticker shock, I was presented with the 4% service fee because I chose credit to pay. I was livid because I was not aware of this fee. This is the place I have been coming since ownership of my vehicle. One I feel as though this fee could be incorporated in the price and tell me we offer discounts if you pay cash. Second because you say this is a new processing fee then make sure customers are aware before they agree to service not after. I was very upset. I see this happening in many business and the customers aren't aware. Many people don't complain well I am that one. If I decide to return then that's my choice and I am now aware of your 4% fee. You didn't even offer rides to home within a certain mileage range or a vehicle. I spent extra on Uber and service fees. It may not seem like a lot to you the owner but it is to me. I don't like your policy and I would say hidden. Very angry
