Absolutely the worst customer service. This was on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 2 PM. This was the second time in five days that no attendants were working and able to fill my tank. Last time I checked this service was still available in Oregon. Her lack of decorum was when I went inside to see if anyone was available to help me. She was inconsiderate & arrogant. Courteous, polite & considerate she was not. Since I couldn't get help, I thought I'd buy a bag of ice. She said, "can't you read the sign in the window we don't have ice" on that I went to Chevron, paid more per gallon and purchased ice. read more

It's your standard gas station. However on maps and the website. It say they are open 24hrs a day 7 days a week. The times that the gas station AND PUMPS ARE AVAILABLE, are from 5:00am to 12:00am. So how at some gas stations, just the little hut or inside is closed, at this one you can't buy/pump gas past the open hours. read more

Hey now, I received some nice and friendly service from this gas station. Right after breakfast at Gravy I pulled in here and the lady filled up the tank and cleaned up the rental's bug suicide windshield. I was surprised how many bugs in this area are either mad or depressed. The two ladies who were working here and a great sense of humor and were on it. Gas prices were competitive for the area and the station is right off the Interstate 84. read more

Bought a car wash from a gas station attendant. The attendant failed to mention the car wash was closed. When I went into the store to get a refund they refused to refund me the money for wash stating there "was a sign by the wash." I tried to explain to them that I purchased the wash while at the gas pump from the gas attendant. They said I should've "read the sign." What a scam this place is. Go somewhere else! read more

Went here today to wash my car. The machine scratched my entire car. I noticed it five minutes after I left, when I stopped at a pharmacy down the street. This is a brand new car. I last washed it a little over a week ago (different carwash) and it was looking great. I came right back to report it and the only person available was defensive and trying to leave. She took a report of the incident but could not tell me when I would receive follow up. She also refused for me to record the conversation for documentation. There is no doubt that these 1000s of scratches were caused by this car wash. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this carwash. This $6 wash now is now costing me $500 with my deductible. Hopefully this place will pay for that and the repairs. I took a video of the damages (screenshots of some scratches attached), before filling out report. read more

While getting gas a man lingering around the gas station was waiving around an unlit cigarette and a lighter and kept acting like he was going to light it. Considering I was connected to the pump I felt stuck, and uncomfortable to say the least, I asked the gas station attendant if she could address it, and said if she wasn't comfortable doing it I would. Her response was that there was an ashtray nearby and that's why he was smoking. So her logic is- it's ok to light open flames in the middle of a gas station if there's an ashtray nearby it means it's safe. I quickly realized I couldn't depend on her and popped my head out to ask the man to please not lights his cigarette in the gas station as it made me feel unsafe. He responded by lighting up and not a single employee did a thing about it. This entire experience represents insanely unsafe practices which you as an establishment are accountable for. You have got to address this by educating your staff on safe handling of hazardous materials and then empowering them to take action keeping the premises safe. It's their job. read more

This place totally gave me gas. The good kind. When I needed it. I rolled in here on fumes at 10-something on a Tuesday night and the service was quick and courteous (to the point of being friendly and outgoing). I didn't sample any of the wares inside from the convenience store, but the gas itself was plenty good. Extra star for the service. read more

Boycott this station! Tonight I went to this Shell to get gas. I sat in my car waiting, while I saw the attendant carrying on a conversation with the passenger in the van behind me. They were laughing and talking, completely oblivious to the fact that several other people were waiting. After a couple minutes, the attendant shook the passenger's hand and then started to walk up to my car. He opened my fuel door, but before he unscrewed the gas cap, apparently changed his mind and went into the store. I looked, waited, and waited some more. I saw a woman who had arrived a couple minutes after me get out of her car, irritated, waiting for someone to help her. After another minute I got out of my car and did the same. She said, "so you haven't been helped either?" to which I replied, "no, I've been waiting for about five minutes." She said "I can't believe this" and got into her car and drove off. At that point, I turned to the other attendant and said, "I've been waiting for five minutes, if someone doesn't come and pump my gas I'm going to have to do it myself." He mumbled something, walked over, and said, "ok, then what do you want?" I handed him my card and said "fill with regular." I then proceeded to complain about the fact that I had been waiting, the other attendant started to open my fuel door and then just walked inside, and the attendant said something about how something probably came up, things happen. Then he asked me again, "what do you want?" and I said, "I already told you, fill with regular" and he said, "you know what? No. Leave." "What?" I said, "you can't just tell me to leave. You need to pump my gas." "No, it's in our policy, we don't have to serve you." At that point I said, "fine, if you won't serve me, I'll just have to pump my gas myself." He then proceeded to tell me that if I did, he would call the cops, because pumping your own gas is illegal in Oregon. I told him then he needed to pump my gas, and he refused, and again told me he would call the cops. I asked to speak with his manager, and he said she wasn't there, but would be there in the morning. I was halfway tempted to wait for him to call the cops and sit and wait for them to arrive, but ultimately decided it is not worth it for a loser on a power trip, so got in my car and left. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER visit this gas station again. If I run out of gas, I will walk to the next gas station. Period. End of story. You should do the same. read more

The other night, my boyfriend (who is African- American) and I came to this gas station to get gas. We pulled up to the second pump to let the car behind us (who were our friends that also needed gas). After the attendant started putting gas in our friends car we saw that the pump was out of order. So, we waited until our friends got gas, and then we reversed to the pump behind us. My boyfriend went inside asked the employee for $20 of gas, and the employee said "No I just served you gas get out of here". My boyfriend gives him a weird look, and says "no sir, that was my friends we also need gas". The employee replies "I'm not serving you get out of here". At this point the friends that were behind us went into the store urging my boyfriend to leave because we could all see through the clear glass at this store that something was not right. My boyfriend says "Please, I just need $20 of gas my car is on E, and I have cash right here". The employee picks up the phone, calls 911 and says to the emergency response worker "there is a N***ER harassing me and won't leave my work". My boyfriend comes to the car and we wait there for probably 10 min waiting to see if they came because we had nothing to hide. Then we left, and got gas the next morning. Thank god our car didn't die on the side of the road. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE UNLESS IT IS TO TALK TO A MANAGER OR OWNER and I hope a lot of people do the same, society has grown past this. The employee I'm talking about in this review was an older white man obviously stuck in his old racist ways. The public doesn't deserve that. read more

Typical gas station. Staff is usually friendly enough, though there is one attendant in particular who is awesome and washes your windows for you. I always make sure I have a couple bucks to tip the guy because he does an awesome job, and you don't even have to ask him to do it. read more

The last time I came here the employees were bending over backwards to be friendly. On my most recent visit the 3 pump attendants showed no hustle yet insisted that it was their 'rush hour' as they directed me to pull up to a different pump. I had already shut the car off and was waiting for them to leisurely stroll over. The gas would have to be really damn cheap to pull off such bad service. But it's not. read more

Their car wash is always half broken yet even after you've told them you come back in two weeks and the thing hasn't been fixed and yet they are letting people continue to use it. The front side spinners are currently not working. Guess what. I let it go but let the employees know two weeks ago. Came back again today asked if it was fixed was told "it's fine". Bought a car wash then pulled in behind another car in the wash. Watched the front side spinners still not working. Got a refund this time because I didn't go through the machine. Last time I tried to get a refund I was told I couldn't because "I used the car wash and there was nothing to return." read more

I have been going here for years when I am in town. My parents forever, it is their station and account. Went to fill up tonight, no other cars were there. I waited about five minutes. Employees were in the store looking out the window. I saw them, how ridiculous can they be. Another car drives up, a guy, and the attendant walks out and starts attending to him. I just got out of my car and said, excuse me, I was here first. The attendant says, "I am not going to go back and look at the cameras to see who was here first", I told him "I was, and you saw me". he immediately told me "I was not welcome at this station tonight and I needed to immediately leave, I was not welcome". I told him he was a jerk and left. This little tweeker, is a disgusting excuse of an employee, and should be gone. He is not a customer service person what so ever. I would personally watch this person as to why I needed to leave. Maybe he is carrying on some other business on the side and I was in the way. Who says that to anyone? It should have been, "I am so sorry, let me help you right away". It was easy to resolve, but he totally wanted me out of there. Very interesting. I am writing a corporate letter. read more
