I was told that this Vineyard location was well priced and after done with my errands close by decided to give them a peek and was surprised to see that it was $5.39 and for sure went in to top my tank off. Once I approached the pump was disappointed to see that it was actually $5.49 a huge difference and that I didn't have much cash on hand didn't want to pay that price and left disappointed. Though if you used the app it does bring it down to $5.24 but it had to be with cash and it just wasn't worth it for me personally and left disappointed. This corner location is quite busy and that many have done the math to work it into their budget and with places like this thankfully we're still able to get on with our day. Thank you!

So yesterday my husband took them dow to 76 Gas station on N.School Street to get the new tire mounted. It was between 6:45-7:00 am in the morning. There were two guys there helping someone filling up gas. No other customers were on site nor was any vehicles in the shop area and so my husband asked if he could get the old tire removed and new one minter. My husbands's first job was working in a gas station so he knew going in that it only takes three minutes to do. But when he asked, the two guys looked at each other, hesitated for a moment then said oh no we're are very busy today. He said it would only take a few minutes and would be willing to pay, but they said they were too busy and told him to take it to Firestone. We ended up taking it to another small automotive shop near by. Who did it in 2 minutes for $40.00 and got a $10.00 tip. Sorry to say but one small act of kindness from a small automotive shop has now gained the business from a five car family at the loss of 76 gas station on N. School Street.

I also saw ready to eat hot items such as nachos, spam musubi, manapua and pork hash. I was tempted to more items, but those snacks were good enough. It's about 2 cents less than Costco! I read Bruddah Fran s review for Hele Gasoline... 5-stars... must be a legit place, right? Gotta try it out! I parked at pump #5 and saw that the price was $4.31 per gallon - that must be the credit card price? I went inside the convenience store to pre-pay. I showed the bar code on the Hele Rewards app and got $4.06 per gallon! (The app gives 25 cents per gallon discount!) Wow! After I filled my tank, I went back inside the store to get my change! The cashier said that the balance will go back to my credit card... yay! Note: There are two pumps at each of the four lines. As of today, gas is $ 5.69 regular. $ 5.99 premium, $ 6.29 power premium Bottom line is if you drive, you need gas and you may not find it practical to drive $20 miles round trip to get gas at about $.50 less per gallon. Another thing that's junkie is that you have to go inside to pay first before washing because the outside machine doesn't take cash or card. So when you go inside to pay, they give you a code to use. It's a one time use code. The cashier inside was really friendly and had lots of energy.

Lo and behold, this Texaco car wash place popped up. I read a few reviews and I decided to try it out. There was about four cars ahead of me. The reviews warned us about the wait time. There is wait that depends on the type of car wash package you select. I estimated @10-15 minutes per car. I didn't know where to pay and I asked my sister to run into the convenience store to check if I needed to pay first. You can pay inside and you will receive a receipt with a code that you enter into a machine that is located near the entrance of the car wash. Or you can pay at the machine as well. Your choice. Pay attention to the instructions and lighted signs! It will guide you into the automatic car wash with ease. It's pretty loud inside so be prepared! Pricing is really great at $10 for the basic- Deluxe Wash, $14 for the premium wash, $17 for the ultimate wash, and $20 for Ceramic shine. See photo for more information. It's an automatic car wash , so be prepared to wipe down your car with a towel after you exit and find a place to park. The dryer doesn't get every spot. All of this before 6am in the morning. Good morning to all! But then it's my turn. I pay $20, get the ceramic coating etc... etc... and in the end, they fix the problem with the car ripping off my back wiper. They fixed it! Because it didn't wash half of the back of my car. Oh well..... So..... would you take this car wash which is the closest to your house? OR drive to Waipio for a 1 min 48 sec car wash for the same price? Choices.......

Keith seems to be the only guy working here. There's a gal in the convenience store that handles the gas dispensers. She told me that Keith will be right with me. I think Keith took a car around the block for a spin. Then he had to attend to a guy that maybe had a serious problem. When Keith had time, I asked him to check my oil level since the indicator light flashed on. He asked me to move my car closer. I had parked on the other side of the building because the right side was filled with vehicles. Eventually, he got to me, turned on the ignition and saw the indicator light. He popped the hood, whipped out the oil stick and showed me that the level was fine. He said the light could have been triggered by the oil not circulating... or other reasons. Hmmm... Ok... At least I had enough oil! I appreciate his quick diagnosis - especially because I was a walk-in and an unknown...

Free small Slurpee and it was an easy decision of Li-Hing Pineapple and not much of a Slurpee drinker though on this hot summer day it really did hit the spot. Along with a Spam Musubi it was the perfect pair after a long day at work. This Liliha location is a great option with lots of parking and a convenient gas pumps as well and loved that it wasn't too crowded just wished that I had the tote as well but happy to cool off and celebrate this special day.
