I really hope the workers that drive your car in and dry off your interior and exterior are treated with respect and what they deserve. Please leave a generous tip. They stand out here all day and worked their asses off. I've never had a problem here. All my personal belongings are here before & after. They really are just here to work like everyone else. On 3 separate occasions after my carwash at Lorton Station Carwash, the toothpick container (new or used) has been removed. My husband is the only other person in my car, (besides dealership every 3-6 months) and he doesn't look for ... or is familiar with what's missing. This is why I am able to narrow down when it goes missing after the car is washed at Lorton Station Carwash. If more time was spent actually washing the dirt off windows and door handles, there be less time to take things. Make looting, plunder, stealing customer belongings punishable.

This is a very basic carwash which gives your car a thorough external wash and dry, and a decent internal wipe-down and polish. I wasn't expecting a high-level detail job. All I wanted was my car's interior vacuumed and wiped down, the windows cleaned without streaks, and a good external wash. That's what I expected and that's exactly what I got. The woman doing "intake" wasn't pushy when she offered a multi-wash plan - which I declined. She asked once, I said, "No thank you," and that was it. Nobody should have issues with that type of polite salesmanship. Yes, $44 is expensive for this, but without any other local options I chose to go with it. I'll come here again, for sure.

There was still a lot of dog hair, dirt, and debris on the carpet, and it seemed like the focus was on cleaning the floor mats while the actual carpet underneath was mostly overlooked. I was told the crumbs were still there because their vacuum couldn't pick up debris that small, and they also mentioned they didn't have a special vacuum to remove dog hair. While I understand there are limitations, I would have expected a better result or to be told that beforehand. For $36, I expected a more thorough cleaning and was disappointed with the overall quality of the service.
