I've spent a ton of money in Sheetz over many years. I always liked the food, which is why I order it. Tonight was another story. I ordered a chili dog and a burger. The buns were stale. The hot dog bun was split. There was no cheese on the hot dog. Everything was lukewarm, not hot. I called to complain, and Abe told me I had to call corporate to get a credit. Sad customer service. This wasn't the largest or nicest Sheetz but it was clean, with plenty of gas pumps, and a fast and easy to-go food order area. We got a gas, a few drinks, a flatbread to go and used the restroom. It's not super close to the interstate but it wasn't too hard to find and didn't take too long. Solid stop if you're in the Woodbridge area and passing through. read more

After some time running around and shopping I was starting to head my way back home, but I needed to fuel myself up. I wasn't even sure if there was a Sheetz in the area, but after a search, I found one. And, of course, being me, I had to make my way here to say that I at least visited. It had been a while since I had visited a Sheetz and I was excited that I was going to get myself a sweet tea. I geared myself up for it because I was going to get the biggest glass and indulge. This was an interesting Sheetz to arrive to. From the main stretch of road you are greeted by the back building. In fact, what we are used to seeing with the island of pumps facing the main road, is faced back to the access road for the, what I am assuming, is an industrial park. Once inside I went about my business. I visited the facilities, spotless. Made my way through the store to grab myself the sweet tea and a snack. Paid via the self checkout registers. I was out the door. Outside, I took advantage to the outdoor seating to get my things together before I headed on my way. read more

Nice location for fill up. Will be back, and update this as needed. First impressions are good. Competitive gas prices. Lots of pumps to choose from. As usual sterling clean bathrooms. They picked a decent spot for this location. Nice employees on duty. There were some lines, but well done on efficiency. The snack prices have jumped significantly. Don't worry as they aren't alone in this, but was a bit disappointed. Still they have good coffee, and that's a great value. Always perk yourself up when you are driving. OMG I love Sheetz!! The food is delicious (the portions are HUGE!!), the bathrooms are always clean (I'm a germaphobe, so I really appreciate that!), they have a great selection of snacks, and the staff are always super nice. My favorite things on the menu are the quesarito (puts Chipotle to shame!), fried cheese curds (best I've had anywhere!), fried oreos, and the burger with mozzarella sticks on it (YES! That is a thing!). Oh, and the Reese's peanut butter milkshake (although it could use a bigger straw because of all the peanut butter cup pieces in it). Honestly, I've never had anything from their menu that I didn't like, but those are my absolute favorites. Terrible customer service some lady Dominque was yelling at customers telling them to get out if they weren't purchasing anything. She didn't know who exactly was buying something so I don't like how she was kicking them out. It is late but I know they're open 24/7. I had a saying when I was younger: "I'll deny anything once." But I can't deny that I enjoyed a relaxing time at a Sheets gas station. Let me explain before you get the wrong idea. Sheetz is one of those gas station chains that has all kinds of things inside- the MTO sandwiches (Made To Order) that you use the screens to build the sandwich instead of telling someone what you want on it. It might take you a moment to figure it out- but I have the hang of it now. I'm not one of those Sheets savants you read about all over the interwebs, but I can follow clearly printed directions when I take my meds. They also have an extremely wide variety of flavors for shushy/Icee/frozen drinks that you can add the flavors to yourself. A significantly larger variety than other competitors, and the pricing is comparable if not better. They have the ones that are a mixture of syrup and air- creating that frozen froth that gives you the insta-headache, and they have some that are more of crushed ice with flavored juice or a Kool-aid type drink. Either way- this was the only place my niece and nephews wanted to come this past August when the days were in the 90s. Where else could they get a 743 ounce cup of Birthday Cake or Marshmallow flavored slush? Take that 7-Eleven! They also have clean, well maintained seating areas with TVs mounted. I'll admit- if they had a laundry service I might just move in. Gas prices here are lower than the average in the area- which I'm sure is a purposeful draw to attract guys like me, and it works. PLUSSES: + Clean and inviting + Wide variety of flavors to help quell your frozen-ish beverage cravings + Good gas prices + Friendly folks behind the counter (that didn't call the police when they may have had ample reason to but I won't admit to that without a lawyer present) MINUSES: - Acoustics in the seating area were a bit harsh. High ceilings and low floors make that apparent, and the sounds just bounce all over the place. If it's crowded (or someone a few seats over is the Loud Talker Guy) it can get loud. Let's face it, few people think "Hey, let's go hang out at the gas station" if they have a moment or two. But if you're in the neighborhood, it may not be a bad place to pop into. Especially if you have a craving for something frozen and flavorful (that may or may not be aerodynamically packaged in those cups, but the statute of limitations is almost over, and as I said before- I'll deny almost anything once.) read more

This is one of the main places I stop to get gas in the area. If you use there app you can get 3 cents off per gallon. Usually that makes it cheaper then the wawa up the street. Inside was clean. If you drink soda they have a lot of soda options and icees. Iced lattes are good but you can't adjust the amount of flavoring in the drinks so in my opinion they are really sweet but the flavorings are good. They also have soft serve which I haven't tried yet but def will on my next trip read more

Fast easy and convenient. Employees are nice, bathrooms are clean. The soda fountain area could be a bit cleaner and it seems Everytime I come for an icee the machines isn't ready. I honestly never thought I find myself writing a review about a gas station. Honestly. But, let me tell you about my experience with the new Sheets that they opened near the commuter lot. I need to keep turn in receipts for work to verify purchases (Thanks to our accountant that is a stickler for checking time & gallons), during my fill up after being stuck in traffic longer than I expected I stopped by here. Nothing out of the ordinary until I was done pumping and tried to get my receipt, and that's when the fight began. Just my luck that the machine would run out of paper. I make my way inside and to ask the teller for my receipt. The girl at the counter must have had a longer day than I did, cause I was immediately greeted with hostility. I asked for my receipt and told her my pump number, and for some reason, she could not find it. She asked for the amount of the transaction as if I could remember that number from the machine. I attempted to go back and see what the total was and by the time I went outside the machine had reset the numbers. I went back to the attendant, and she seemed to be more annoyed than I was at the situation to see me back in there, she assumed I had left. I explained to her that the machine had cleared the numbers and if there was another way I could get my receipt. She proceeded to ask me how much did I think I spend, and i told her it was about $38. She proceeded to hand me a prepaid receipt for $38, I explained to her that I needed my receipt for work and it needed to show the gallons pumped. She immediately rolled her eyes left the counter and went to get someone to help and let me tell you that the remedy was worse than the problem itself. The gentleman, may God bless his soul handed me a random receipt, thinking I wouldn't look at it, REALLY!!! At this point I realized that the fight with the accountant was going to be more favorable to me, so I just walked away. read more

Store is clean and staff is really friendly. I'm disappointed in the automatic coffee machines, I think their old batch brew method made more flavorful coffee. The MTO food is my big complaint. Orders are correct about 1/2 the time and the assembly is sloppy. read more

I ordered a sandwich at Sheetz this afternoon. I ordered a BLT with cheese on toasted sourdough. When I got home, my sandwich was not cut. I also noticed my bread was not tasted. I started eating it and realized, there was no cheese on my sandwich! I realize it was busy, but I don't mind waiting as long as my order is correct. I live too far away to take it back, so I'm stuck eating disappointment. read more

This is a really nice Sheetz. It's huge inside! It had a beer/canned liquor drinks freezer area, ice cream station and dine in area. It had a ton of energy drink flavor options. Some I've actually never seen before (purple Redbull anyone?) It was very clean inside. It had a lot of pumps. There was plenty of dine in seating. The staff was friendly. I love how many menu add on options they had. My husband tried a popcorn chicken pretzel bread sandwich with fries, marinara sauce, pepperoni and two types of cheese on it. I absolutely love that Sheetz offers pretzel bread as an option, it's my favorite. Our food came out fast and the orders were correct. My pretzel bun was a little crispy on the outside but I didn't mind. read more

Probably the worst Sheetz I've ever been to. Got an MTO food item and did not even get half the toppings I paid for. How hard is it to follow instructions? That wasn't even the worst of it; when I went to take a bite out of the food something compelled me to inspect it first, Lo and behold I found a strand of white hair. Disgusting. Also, the wait was extremely long for such a simple item (maybe it took them a while to add that extra HAIR topping?). Basically, if you have time to waste and want to pay for bullshit, this is the place for you. And I do realize I'm ranting about gas station food. read more

The popcorn chicken was incredibly subpar along with the personal pizza, which to me tasted like it was a tier below microwavable bagel bites. Brand new Sheetz located near the Horner Road commuter lot. Gas prices are one of the cheapest in the area and staff seem friendly. Open 24/7. Pumps are slightly farther away from the inside. Not great if it's raining. One other small issue is that it's not difficult to get in to the Sheetz but if you're on the way to the huge commuter lot you can't turn left. You have to U turn. Hoping in the future they will simplify as some other shops should open soon. Anyhow the inside is larger than the "other" Sheetz off the PW Pkwy and there seem to be more fountain drink options. I love sheetz! When I go there which is almost every weekend with my friends. We grab our food and then we head to the back with the long table and play games for hours and it's quite and we have a good time. Everything there is reasonably priced and it's always clean in here. It's over all a good place to grab a bite to eat look at some tv charge your phone or whatever devices you have and just relax for a little while. read more

This is one of the best gas station convenient stores I've ever been in! There's outdoor and indoor seating, they have a huge selection of prepared and made to order food, and a well stocked walk in fridge for beer. The bathroom is also very clean. The prices for both gas and food were also very good. If you are on a road trip this place will have something for everyone in your group. read more

I grew up in PA where Sheetz is headquartered and my hometown had one. Years ago we had to order MTOs on preprinted pads with golf pencils. Today there are 2 Sheetz in my hometown, one with a drive thru. I've been to many buy today I had the worst MTO ever. My daughter and I both said we thought the lettuce was bad. Haven't been to this location before but it seems pretty new. I stopped here on the way back down to va beach to fuel up and grab a quick bite to eat. Love that I was able to get a fuel discount with my sheetz card. The store inside was huge, they had a dine-in area. This location also had a frozen yogurt station to fill up your cup with unlimited toppings for $2.99- not a bad deal! I ordered my usual food and it came out hot and fresh. Bathrooms were clean as well! I'm a big fan of sheetz, I wish there were more locations! Employees were nice as well. Recommend this location! read more

Last night I went to sheetz and it was a mess there. Atleast four people waited over 30 minutes for simple items like appetizers. I waited 20 minutes for my drink. I had a mint Oreo shake. It taste like water and I had to ask the manager Jessica for a refund. The guy ahead of me had been waiting over thirty minutes for his food and he didn't leave out until 30 minutes after his first complaint after waiting an additional 30 mins for my appetizers I just went back to Jessica to ask for a full refund. She search for my ticket on the three screens in the kitchen and found out that they completely cleared my ticket as if they had finished it. One employee (Debra) had absolutely no clue what was going on there was a burger sitting at the topping station for about 35 mins before they wrapped it up and placed it in some poor guys bag. After seeing that I was appalled I took my refund and went to the wawa down the street where I got my mint smoothie, which was amazing, in under ten minutes. Never go to that sheetz. Try the one on prince William this one sucks! read more
